270 squat 315 deadlift 205 bench (pounds) so, 790. I got a ways to go. For a long time I just didn't commit to a goal (bodybuilding, powerlifter, whatever lifter, cardio person), but now being strong is what I've chosen.
My best was 1567 lbs at about 235 lbs. Wasn't in a meet and wasn't all in one day though. I'll be lucky to get a 1200 lbs total these days after this year.
965 - I’m living proof that you can waste the first 2 years of lifting and make little to no progress. Going in to the gym to max out every other week is not effective unless your goals are low totals and confusing regression.
Dude I was there for a while. Capped out at a 405 squat, 455 deadlift and my bench was stuck at 225x5 because I kept maxing out and got bad elbow tendinitis. Then I got a coach and started making hella progress

Crazy strength! My goal is to be a healthcare provider that takes care of these men on gear to make sure they stay healthy. Prescribing BP meds like ACE inhibitors/Angiotensin Receptor Blockers to protect the kidneys, TRT when they decide to come off, or beta blockers to help with the heart hypertrophy. We have a long way to go to allow enhanced lifters to do what they do in a healthy way!
