The one thing I'm quite surprised is the use of mayonnaise in the 20-ingredient cake. Unusual but a smart way to improve the flavor.
Yeah, I was caught off guard because of it especially since I’m not really a mayo fan but it just made more and more sense the more I thought about it.
What’s amazing about using mayo in cake is it can replace the eggs the oil and the vinegar in the mayo can make it a little more fluffy

Here's an easy recipe for a mug cake
-melt 3 squares of chocolate
-mix in 3 spoons of milk
-2 spoons of sugar (if you're using dark chocolate)
-3 spoons of cake flour
--mix until smooth (it should be like a batter, if not, add more milk lmao)
-now microwave for 20 seconds (or more if you have to in order to achieve a cake/brownie-ish...consistency?
And thats all! I always make it and it's soooo delicious 😋😋 try it out!
(Btw use the same measuring spoon for everything)
