Jacob, looks like you have put a lot of thought in your new line. I don't wear the gloves but because they are thinner and have the palm grip I'm going to try them. Thanks for all your videos you post to help us catch more fish.🎣🛎

Yes love the holes and it does help when your hand is tired rubber strap where the thumb hole is good idea
I’m gonna have to get a pair of shoes. I stand on the boat all day when I go fishing, I don’t use a seat either and I’ve got a bad back so standing all day cause my back to hurt so I’ve been looking for shoes that are comfortable and supportive so I can fish all day without my back hurting. I like the storm camo! 🔥 Maybe y’all could come out with a black pair?? white shoes just get dirty quick😂
I use the thumb holes when I'm layering up so that my sleeves don't bunch up when getting dressed. can't think of any other use for them because most anglers nowadays have gloves.

Love all this gear - can’t wait to get my hands on it - but to answer your question - I’m a glove man - BUT - for the days I “forget” my gloves - I would definitely use them - or if I wore them on a cool morning- say scouting for deer. But hey - if it’s got the JW logo - gotta have it - thumb hole or not.

Great stuff!! Hey an idea for content, it would be very interesting if you and the house could chat about your personal results in tournaments. The new format is much harder to understand why/how you do or do not do well. It just looks like this year if you do not get one big bite you are messed up. I am really feeling for MDJ. Like the new duds!!! Thumb holes are great for getting on a jacket but also in the blazing sun out west!! If you forget your gloves at least you have some extra sun protection👊👊✌️

I think you exceeded expectations yet again.. the whole line is unique and well thought out. I love ventilation. I will be ordering the gloves and button up today possibly others like the shoes and mid hoody soon!

I wear my Magellan gear all the time. I not only fish in them, but I wear the fish gear shirts to rope in because they are vented and allow me a lot of movement. Can’t wait to try your new gear
Thum holes are great just my opinion
Genuine video. I always fight with being cold on the early morn run out then hot mid day. I got some greatt ideas that I dont understand no one has implemented yer. And yes not all spf is created equal. I went to Auburn never saw Magellan. None of my tuscaloosa friends have it. Ill check it out.
Come out with short sleeve shirts.
It's a great line up to help the angler in the spring thru summer months, I have several Magellan shirts very comfortable, the hoodies are my favorites, as far as the thumb hole I sometimes use them when I'm not wearing gloves, one thing about gloves every pair that I've had start smelling really bad after a few wearings, the light rain jacket is a good looking one I need get to one!🎣😎
Thumb holes are good when layering to keep the sleeves from riding up, pretty rare to use otherwise. Like the low-key branding. Been wearing Magellan for a couple years. Probably grab a hoodie possibly the shoes.
I always thought the thumb holes were so that if you put another layer on the sleeves dont get bunched up. thats the only time ive used them. i will say i have sunburnt hands right now so take that into consideration hahah
Great stuff!! I love my Magellan sun shirts and hoodies. I'll definitely have to check this out. I've been wanting to try their rain gear but need to try it on. Closest store is 3 hours away. I did find myself using the thumb holes with my gloves in the hoodie when its cold to keep the sleeve from moving up.
thumb holes are super important to me. On missions I would always put my thumbs thru during cold or very hot conditions before putting my hands into gloves, this would make 100% protection either way. Now here in the frozen north, its a means to prevent drafts in the cold by doing the thumbhole /glove method
Wish they had bigger sizes in the hooded versions. I'm 6'5 and have to wear a bigger size. And I do like the idea of the thumb hole because my arms are long. My sleeves tend to ride up.

Gret Stuff Man! There's so much fishing wear out there it's very confusing, lol. I've been into the Magellan stuff at Academy for awhile but I'm really interested in heading there tomorrow to see what I can find. I need that rain jacket!

The fish pro pants at academy are to small at the ankle they look like skinny jeans and I just can't wear those so I hope u made yours lil bigger at the bottom. The thumb hole on arm in shorts I use to help keep sleeve from sliding up when putting on jacket or sweat shirt never thought they were for covering your hands..

Tell Magellan not to be so cheap with there pants, put more belt loops on the pants on them Five loops are not enough.
Man I don't use the holes in the sleeves. Idk why it's just to tight on the sleeves or something. I'm not sure why it's just not comfortable to me. I just use gloves myself
The question is: Do you hole or Not hole? I hole for sure to get a jacket on or if I don't have the gloves.

Thumhole sleeves are no good. I like the Cuffs to fit tight to my wrists and I’ve bought one of these Magellan long sleeves w/the thumb holes and there to long and loose.
Wish they had bigger shoe size I where a 15 and they don’t make ‘em in that size
