Caitlin that is a great vide!! Very informative and educational, thumbs up😃👍!! I live in the UK so rollerskiing is a brilliant alternative for cross country skiing. Thanks for the amazing video!!

Awesome video! Thank you for producing and sharing it! I wonder how quickly your students are able to rollerski the diagonal stride and where are their difficulties and how you correct them!

I need you as my instructor. I’ve hit a plateau (and not a very high one).
I can only get so much from watching videos. I would love to have a real person pointing out my faults.
Do you ever give clinics in South Carolina?

Hi there! We have availability for one-on-one coaching in Madison, WI, and Minneapolis, MN. Unfortunately, South Carolina is out of our service range.

If my classic roller skis keep knocking into each other, where are my mechanics falling short?! I am scared to death to glide for fear of crashing all the time

Next time we do a monthly video call, we'll ask one of our coaches for feedback.

Check to make sure your equipment is right first. For instance, do your rollerskis roll straight? Do your ski boots fit / are they too lose and your feet are moving around inside / Do you have proper arch support?
