    Great video. I am working with a group of Masters, doing dry land exercises and drills and have used NKT a lot. But I have seen the most improvement after introducing “stacking”. Lots of drills to help this sink in. They also respond to “knee drive”, and pushing with the kicking leg, rather than driving the gliding leg forward. The latter seems to lead to overstriding and late kick. Keep the good stuff coming.

    One question: Skate leg push you talked about. You mean to use both the toes and heel at the same time as a whole?

    If both your legs are still and you push simultaneously with both arms, it would be really weird if you did not move your upper body.
