Check out the action from Round 9 of the Mazda MX-5 Cup at the Road America. Round 10 will be available the day following the 2:00 p.m. ET NBCSN telecast August 18, 2021.
Love having races close to home! I'll still watch all the posts from this weekend, but the in-person racing was amazing! I agree with John, MX-5s should race in the Olympics. Great quality racing and full races posted online for free! Thanks IMSA!
Thank you so much for all of fun. I love motorsports an here in Brazil the real fans can truly enjoy here. Thank you IMSA channel, thank you so much!!!!!
I look forward to this series more than any other motorsports. Thank you IMSA for the upload and the drivers and teams for putting on such a fantastic show.
@@duanebacon9296 it seems like it! The car builder, Flis Performance, did a decent amount of testing with series drivers trying out some new engine and fuel mapping and it seems like they got it to a good spot!
9:30 " I think they're flat through there" To be fair , I think they were flat just about everywhere :D What a fun race to watch. Such good close racing all the way.
I haven't encountered MX-5's IRL and was not familiar with their noise. Random thought that the character Bumblebee from the first transformers "live action" movie should have been one, it'd make more sense.
They don't sound like this in real life, due to the muffler. These are straight-piped, basically. They still sound sweet, but of course aren't nowhere near as loud.

I get that, but I like having commentators, it's like I'm watching the race with someone else and not alone. But yeah you have a point, it's nice to have a couple of minutes of silence from time to time to just absorb the racing.
The slower the cars, the better the racing. Thanks for posting this!
Another race, another full upload from IMSA! First class service for us niche fans. Great news that we’re getting 14 MX-5 races next year!
Mazda MX-5 Cup is some of the most entertaining racing at any level. Thanks IMSA!
Thanks IMSA once again with good racing, can’t wait for tomorrow the Weathertech Series.
Agree!!!!!🥰🥰🥰
Thank you IMSA as always making racing inclusive for the rest of the world
I live for these little beasts!!! Thanks!!!
Fabulous racing. Much respect between the drivers, some sensible and safe bump drafting and everyone's got their wing mirrors.
This is the most exciting series. Change my mind.

This is a hidden gem of racing.
Excellent racing. So glad you accommodate MX5's
Whether they win or lose the miatas will always be happy to be there
What an excellent race! MX-5 Cup is showing to be a great series, and so excited to see more races in '22.
Oh man, that was fast upload. Love MX-5s!
Awesome racing guys. Amazing teamwork
Man that was some good racing. That guy who won got balls of steal.
Rollan is really good. He has also commented on these TH-cam videos before. Good for us fans.
@@duanebacon9296 I appreciate that! I love what people have to say on here and I’m just as big a racing fan myself!
@@SelinRollan Hey boss, I noticed that no one seemed to have the fuel pressure issue. Did they get that worked out?

I was there and it was the most exciting race of the weekend!
I was there and these Mazda's are the loudest cars out of the entire weekend lol
CLEAN bumper-to-bumper drafting. BONKERS.
This unexpectedly entertaining I must say.
What is the Miata doing on the front of the spec Miata packs?
Excellent race! 👍
Always entertaining with the Miatas!
: D
Thank you
Always great races!!!
Always a great race with the Miata’s! 👏🏻👍🏻
Thank you IMSA
I Support all the top american racing series Indycar, nascar and imsa!!
they're so cute and spunky. go, mx-5, go!
Probably my favorite series at the moment! Will you uploading race 2 of the weekend?
I love this
honestly tho.. who are the two people that disliked this?
This, but with on-board cameras. IMAGINE
WE'RE BACK BABY
Great small car
This is 100% better than f1.
Who is the English announcer? What's his name?
This is so CUTE

@@imsaofficial thanks for the info. One of the best circuits in the world. Deserves the coverage.
Bumble Bee Sounds :D
Where is Michelin race from lime rock
It's here, it's ready! Just can't be published until after the broadcast on NBCSN, August 10. It'll be live the next day.
I think some of these racers hit the dirt on purpose to slow down the ones behind them
That minute or so where the announcers cut out was amazing, wish they would be quiet for a bit and just let us watch, and listen to the race... 🤫

Just like me on IRacing Lmao
