I’m not even sad at the moment, but I genuinely appreciate this video. Self care is so important. Physical, social, and mental. My favorite form of self care is taking a shower, wash my hair, listen to my playlist of favorite songs, wash my face, put on some lotion, dab on some lip balm, and drink a cup of water. I usually write my book after, but something about cleaning/cleansing myself is so refreshing and loving.
51: take yourself on a date!! Do all the things you love to do, without a care to pleasuring anyone else!

Great list! I have one small correction though and I know people say "it is proven by science that smiling makes you feel better even if you don't feel like it" but it is not entirely true. If you feel neutral and you smile without too much resistance, you will indeed feel better. But if you smile because you feel like you have to, this will actually trigger the 'obligation' part of the brain and you will feel worse becaue you are forced to do something you don't want. Just wanted everyone to know this. Stay safe!
Think about something good/funny hapened in UA life ND try laughing at the joke or incident..try it ... doesn't work for everyone tho😊
1. Pray 2. Sing/ karaoke with headphones on 3. Travel Doesn't have to be an exotic location 4. Visit family. But yeah I loved the video!!!😍

Love you and this video self care and aromatherapy is very important to me especially on days where you get stuck in your own head and feel depressed what really helps me is my Christian Faith and having good friends Church has become Vital to my mental emotional and spiritual health and well being also watching comedies like Friends on Netflix really helps Laughter can be very therapeutic

I just have a 4 month old baby and a 7yr old. Something I have found therapeutic is putting on classical disney songs with a white vanilla candle. Also I like to sprinkle some peppermint or lavender essential oil so I can take deep breaths during my shower. Omg I get out feeling fresh.
