S-Que still better for Vita than S-Teri. Basically, Teri is like Serapeum, they need SS for wider coverage, but still not really general support. SS Serapeum needs [Harmonized Shadow Star] in team. SS Teri needs [Heavenly Shift] in team.
Assuming there are a lot kind of astral ring in the future, yes. Songque at S can support any kind of Astral Ring as long as it is Elemental. But her rank up only improve some teams, not all.

Outside of LOA she sucks. Only ptovides 2 buffs for ROO and both of them are specifically for Vita at SS. 😂😂 Dont be surprised they release another AOP

Very recommended if you are competitive. Teri allows the leader (new kiana or dudu) to use 1 extra Stellar Shift (super QTE), so different rotation in Stellar Outburst. I tried Kiana with Que & Teri in Stellar Outburst: With Teri 47.3m (119%) With Que 39.6m (100%) But outside Stellar outburst, the gap should be smaller. For Dudu dps, beside extra Stellar Shift (super QTE), Teri increases the transfered DMG to IMG core because it considered as HP Loss effect. Also increase 27% Crit Rate for better consistency.

Wait doesnt Vita also have heavenly shift tag so enemies would take another +5.5% elemental dmg for SS teri ?
