Make it a full goddess run! Use HoFi instead of Lantern with Dreamseeker/Leylah AOP. And/or Vita instead of Sena.

If both is S rank, Songque is better. But the bad part is S rank Songque have slow sp regen to active the AR. If both is SS rank, Sera is better.

if i have full gear vita, thelema and coralie, full stigmata and foundry weapon helia, songque and sparkle; should i pull for the elysia divine key, the new kiana, or someone else? (dont have much funds for durandal right now)

So you have Songque fullset right? For me Elysia new DK will be the best option you can pull. You can skip Kiana for now.
This is just my opinion and if you got different answer from other people, choose wisely
