My intrest rate never went up i bought my house 2020 so prices were good interest rates low i refuse to sell being handicapped i found the perfect home for me

@@blackrealestatedialogue home ownership will stay out of reach for many. A lot of people are still sitting on stimulus money. Biden knows interest rates won’t drop enough to make a big impact.
I hate to say it, but I agree. Especially for those on the coastal expensive markets. The difference between median income and median home prices in insane in some cities@@tb808
The average person doesn’t in live in LA, SF, NY, or Miami… Comparing average ppl to those cities doesn’t make sense. This will probably benefit ppl who live in more affordable cost of living states.

I pay under900$a month for my mortgage 2 bed 2 bath hard wood floors a good well 2 acres a detached two car garage low tax and crime good schools two universities very small population i paid 145k in 2020 work is five commute surrounded by woods one nieghbor and they are Amish farmers across the street so food is cheap
My state already has good renters rights

Im on a fixed income and i was able to buy a house we took all the money the gov gave us for a down payment im never giving up my home cuz my inttrest rate is fixed rate of 3.2%id be dumb to give that up

The real problem is not enough homes
Because all of Bidens rich friends bought them all up through corporations. 2/3 of the wealth in the country is by the democrats.
