I never understood people buy condos. You don’t own the property. You’re a fractional owner. You can’t make your own decisions. You are at the mercy of others when it comes to HOA fees. All this while paying high prices and property taxes.

Don't buy condo's anywhere. It's the worst investment you can make. Buy Single family or multifamily. And never buy anything with HOAs. Also how is this related to the housing market as a whole. This should be titled the crash of the Condo market 🤔
