All you need for this quilling paper artwork:
5mm paper stripes: white, blue
glitter glue: silver, blue
cotton wool
canvas: 24x30cm
quilling tools:
slotted quilling tool
needle quilling tool
glue
tweezers
scissors
This artwork took at least 5 hours.
It is very easy and good for beginners.

This is fun to watch filling the wave with quilled buttons. Oh loved different shades of blue over it. I have never seen such quilling artworks before.
