Play with granular delay effect, as you change the frequency like higher, it will change the pitch, at some point you'll be making notes, the mic input can be almost anything quick like a kick or a click 👌
Kind of tried to give a granular delay value for each note, I learn it from MB14, in his tutorials he tells what value is a C note, and then I think each value counts as a semi-tone Hope it helps

The effect is the same on 505 or 202 you just have to tweak the parameters of the effect
