Hi! The french embassy will give you the family book after you register your marriage with them. It’s basically a book containing information about you and your husband and future kids, bit like a passport but for the family. :)

Hello! :) Congratulations on your wedding! Hehe oo hindi madali magpakasal during this pandemic 😅 For the spouse visa, i chose more than 12 months! Still though, I just got a 1 year visa. It had to be renewed each year :) For the application, it has to show 0€. At first it was showing me 99€ din before but i think it’s cos i didnt fill in some parts. Double check the form again. It should be 0 ☺️

Hello, i just have a question about the psa copy of marriage certificate, will the embassy accept the authenticated copy? Since we did not really know how to get the psa copy sooner. So we have it authenticated by psa and after we have it apostille. I just want to know if the authenticate copy is valid as replacement of the PSA of marriage certificate.

Hello! Yes if you get married in france usually raw you need to go back to PH to process your spouse visa dahil sa embassy sya kailangan iapply. For me, because we got married in PH, i was able to apply directly for the spouse visa. So no need na for me to go back. :)

Hi! Yes i had a cover letter because we were in a rush so I explained it there. I travelled with my husband so there were no questions asked, no document to show all. No need for a return ticket for long term visa. Hope it helps!

I just wanna ask po sana regarding the forms to be filled out for the transcription of marriage to be submitted at French Embassy in Manila. So my questions are: 1.) When writing my name (wife's name) at "avec" part, should I include my middle name po ba? 2.) For the column part, sa "Nom" ko po should I just put my last name above the 1st partie and not include nalang my middle name on the 2nd partie? 3.) We're asked to fill up the Notice of Middle Name and submit it together with the form so the embassy will be notified that we allow my middle name to be removed, how did you do it? Did you just sign everything without your middle name in it? I'm just really confused and a bit lost. Wanna make sure to avoid any mistakes as much as possible. 4.) Did you include your parents' middle name when you wrote their names? 5.) For the place of marriage, we got married at RTC in Mandaue City, should I just put Mandaue City or, should I include the RTC branch __ , Mandaue City, Cebu? Hi sis! So sorry but I don’t exactly remember na the form we filled so I can’t help you 100% 🥲 BUT! In terms of middle name, it appeared on my family card regardless whether i put it on the form or not (i think i didn’t) because they followed the one on the passport anyways. For Notice of Middle name, I didn’t do that 🥲 I know there will be an issue when we have a kid in the future for the ph embassy but I plan to deal with that later. As for the details, I think just be as complete as possible. For my spouse visa now, they included all my names (Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Married Name) cos even them di sila sure 😅 Good luck!!

Hi! When i emailed them, they replied the same day. Once you have the schedule, you’ll be able to get the cfo certificate the day after :) you can try to search their number online and call if they really dont reply soon! :)

Hello, sis. I've been watching your vlog few times about the process after getting married. I tried posting on french fb group but received undetailed responses. I just wanna ask po sana regarding the forms to be filled out for the transcription of marriage to be submitted at French Embassy in Manila. So my questions are:
1.) When writing my name (wife's name) at "avec" part, should I include my middle name po ba?
2.) For the column part, sa "Nom" ko po should I just put my last name above the 1st partie and not include nalang my middle name on the 2nd partie?
3.) We're asked to fill up the Notice of Middle Name and submit it together with the form so the embassy will be notified that we allow my middle name to be removed, how did you do it? Did you just sign everything without your middle name in it? I'm just really confused and a bit lost. Wanna make sure to avoid any mistakes as much as possible.
4.) Did you include your parents' middle name when you wrote their names?
5.) For the place of marriage, we got married at RTC in Mandaue City, should I just put Mandaue City or, should I include the RTC branch __ , Mandaue City, Cebu?

Hi sis! So sorry but I don’t exactly remember na the form we filled so I can’t help you 100% 🥲 BUT!
In terms of middle name, it appeared on my family card regardless whether i put it on the form or not (i think i didn’t) because they followed the one on the passport anyways.
For Notice of Middle name, I didn’t do that 🥲 I know there will be an issue when we have a kid in the future for the ph embassy but I plan to deal with that later.
As for the details, I think just be as complete as possible. For my spouse visa now, they included all my names (Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Married Name) cos even them di sila sure 😅

Hi! When i emailed them, they replied the same day. Once you have the schedule, you’ll be able to get the cfo certificate the day after :) you can try to search their number online and call if they really dont reply soon! :)

Hi! Yes i did. But i got several copies of my marriage certificate from the french embassy so it was not really a problem. Anyways, the document itself is only valid for 3 months.

Hi! I sent our docs on Monday and went to East Ave on Wednesday :) But I checked the delivery status first on LBC website if it was already received by PSA :)

We just had a lawyer write the prenup, we signed it, had it translated and passed it to the embassy :)
All that process sa Pilipinas niyo ginawa, right and it is recognized in France? Because a notary in France told us a different thing. Like, having a prenuptial agreement written and notarized in France first. Sorry to bother you but can I possibly DM you? :)

Report ng marriage sa embassy po? I think kailangan ng personal appearance kasi i don’t think may option for lbc. But this was my experience lang po so not sure if they changed

Hello po! Hindi po kayo makakakuha ng long term visa to live there unless 1) mag-aaral (tutulungan po kayo ng school nyo sa requirements) 2) may work (yung employer nyo po ang magaasikaso ng visa o 3) asawa po kayo ng french national or someone na nakatira na doon.

Hello! Yes of course. Same process, but you just do it instead of your husband :) Just make sure you have the PSA copy (apostilled) and certified true copy of your marriage certificate :)

@@monicarios4066 hello! From experience, that’s it! Once you pass it to the embassy and they issue you the french marriage certificate + family book, you can apply for the spouse visa na. I don’t think may required pa from him na signature :)

Hello! Di ko pa po natry magapply ng visa para sa anak but if yung anak nyo po is anak ng french citizen then dapat may french passport sya :)
