Hello i have a question, i am married to a French National last Feb. 14 2024. We started working some of our papers like Marriage Certificate apostil and fill out na rin namin ang form na kailangan sa pag paregister nmin sa French consulate. My husband is living in Noumea, New Caledonia. Which is a french teritory and they using schengen visa. After my husband left to Noumea he asked me to send it to French consulate. Unfortunately my husband died 3 days ago. He went back to Noumea Oct. 21and arrived Noumea Oct. 22/ 2024. He was found dead by his friend Oct. 27/2024. Can i still register our marriage in French consulate since all documents are ready and all signed by my husband? I need to apply spousal visa to go Noumea to take care his burial. He got no other family. His body still waiting in the morque😭 i need to be there. We been together for more than 8 years before we got married. Please! I needed help. Thanks in advance!

Hello, i just have a question about the psa copy of marriage certificate, will the embassy accept the authenticated copy? Since we did not really know how to get the psa copy sooner. So we have it authenticated by psa and after we have it apostille. I just want to know if the authenticate copy is valid as replacement of the PSA of marriage certificate.

May marriage license na po kami pero yung Hall of Justice namin dito sa Mandaue City, Cebu City at Lapulapu City ayaw tanggapin yung affidavit na based sa UK embassy na template.
