If any of you are lifting for bigger tyres i would suggest to also upgrade the upper control arms with the shocks and dampers to actually give the extra travel .
+1. I have started liking these 5 mins shorts. Since you have upgraded the tyres keeping the circumference almost the same, would it void the warranty? I understand you also have a lift kit installed. I had asked the Force SC and they said it would and asked me not to.
Yes. It does void warranty as it would be considered a major modification as mentioned in the video. If you have a defect and you take it to the Force Service Center for rectification, and if the issue can be linked by them to the lift kit then, they can deny the warranty fulfilment. This is true for any major change in any car . A bigger tire, as I suggested (within reasonable limits) should not be much of a problem for warranty, unless you’re really unlucky with your service team.
