I recovered from RA, 10yrs back when I was in class 10, now i'm 26, no issues as such but I've started gym and my dietician has recommended me to intake whey protein, which put me in doubt, will that be okay, safe? Can I have whey protein now? Will it trigger CRP & this RA again? Pls pls pls reply. 🙏🙏🙏 Kindly respond & resolve my doubt.
Whey protein is safe. It has nothing to do with RA ( totaly unrelated) . Preferably to stay lean and clean one should consume protein ( like wheay protein) equal to their body weight.
