From my own experience meeting and speaking to filipino women as well as dating, i think the best way to approach them is be relaxed, be yourself and don't try too hard. If they see that you are a good guy and a gentleman then half of the battle is already won, everything else will come naturally. I find filipino women to be very kind, respectful, polite and beautiful not just in beauty but in their heart.

Mask are no longer required outdoors but most women continue to wear a mask here in the Philippines. It's become a faceless society and probably wont change for years. I wont approach a lady wearing a mask because I need to see her smile and expressions first.

the easiest way to talk with girls in the Phil's in person (never met before) is through commercial interactions - as an example, talk with the floor sales girls at Robinson's as you look at merchandise - don't be aggressive, get them to laugh, if your going to compliment be offhanded about it, and if the reaction is positive you can be flirtatious but again 'not aggressive' - if you are going to ask for a number, don't ask for her 'phone number', ask for a 'text number' (yes, the same, but not lol) - if there's a bit of interest, she'll give a real number, if not, it won't be - don't take offense, just take it for what it was, she was being nice but wasn't interested - don't be a stalker (average nice guy advise)

They won't be looking for romance when they are stressed to catch their bus to go home, to go to work, etc. Catch them when they know they are in a "safe" environment perhaps with friends, in a coffee shop, on the beach, etc. It might be harder to approach Filipinas on the street in the cities. Filipinas don't normally hang out on the street unless that's where they work.

When you are young you have a longer time table to get married so you get cautious but when you are older, you rush, just common human nature. It happens everywhere, not only to Filipinas specially if they have a good paying job. If you approach a barrio girl with no job and only elementary or drop out of high school education, it is a different story. Not all barrio girls are the same, there are millions who aspire to have a better future, working as housemaids/ helpers to their rich family members to finish high school and then go for scholarship education for college or continue working to graduate. The average income of the 40 % of Filipino household is less than 250,000.00 pesos(4,500.00 dollars) a year. A lot of young Filipinas are very ambitious too and will do whatever can be done to to step to the next ladder of society, most of those Filipinas are of quiet demeanor not like in the States where those girls are vivacious.
In 2020 I was walking with my Philipina wife (not holding hands) and with my employee in Cebu / Lapu Lapu / New town ... A girl came from in front of me and just Hugged me!!! ... LOL .. I'm honestly worried for these girls because they're saying that even if really hot guys approach them they might entertain them and probably wouldn't give their numbers. Hi Rubeauti. I've watched many of your videos but this is the first time I have commented. I met my Filipina wife on an international internet dating site. I traveled to the Phils. several times to see her before we married. When I came to visit her and we were out and about she would deliberately distance herself from me. I was unaware that she was doing this. She wanted to see what other Filipinas would do if they saw a Kano apparently by himself and unattached. I was 40+ at the time, athletic build, plenty of hair with a little greying, and blue eyes. I had very dark brown hair which is kinda unusual with blue eyes. This feature had always brought me a lot of attention. Anyway, after our day out and on our way back home, she would ask me if I had noticed the women trying to get my attention. On occasion eye contact was made with some women and I could tell that they were approachable. Most of the time I didn't recognize women were trying to get my attention. It was only after my now-wife told me about it later. I saw another one of your videos with the theme if Filipinas were easy. Frankly, I think all Filipinos (Pinoy and Pinay) are easy to approach and have a conversation so long as you're being respectful. The ladies in this video saying they don't like being approached are...well...in my opinion aren't being honest. If they are honest, they are the exception to what I experienced.

To be fair, some of them age terribly. Have very wrinkled skin in their 30s because they stayed in the sun too much - probably because they had to work many hours in the fields.
Most of these women seemed unapproachable. But then you weren't in a place where women would seek to be approached. I would like to know where they would expect to meet any man of any nationality. As for these videos; I'd like to see you ask questions of individuals, not groups. I think you'd get more honesty from individual women. When they're in groups, they might be led into different thinking simply from others answers. If you were to ask them on a one-on-one basis, I think we'd see more genuine answers. Just my opinion ;-)
It can work but most Filipina are shy and guarded in those situations. You have to make them really relax to be successful with your approach.

I'm honestly worried for these girls because they're saying that even if really hot guys approach them they might entertain them and probably wouldn't give their numbers. In my opinion that's a bad sign that they don't understand how important it is to find a good man and therefore they should at least entertain decent looking guys who aren't creepy or agressive. Furthermore if they're not willing to meet strangers they really limit themselves mainly to co workers, class mates or neighbors, but there are millions of guys that are instantly ruled out, so that's really tragic actually.

Hi Rubeauti. I've watched many of your videos but this is the first time I have commented.
I met my Filipina wife on an international internet dating site. I traveled to the Phils. several times to see her before we married.
When I came to visit her and we were out and about she would deliberately distance herself from me. I was unaware that she was doing this. She wanted to see what other Filipinas would do if they saw a Kano apparently by himself and unattached. I was 40+ at the time, athletic build, plenty of hair with a little greying, and blue eyes. I had very dark brown hair which is kinda unusual with blue eyes. This feature had always brought me a lot of attention.
Anyway, after our day out and on our way back home, she would ask me if I had noticed the women trying to get my attention. On occasion eye contact was made with some women and I could tell that they were approachable. Most of the time I didn't recognize women were trying to get my attention. It was only after my now-wife told me about it later.
I saw another one of your videos with the theme if Filipinas were easy. Frankly, I think all Filipinos (Pinoy and Pinay) are easy to approach and have a conversation so long as you're being respectful.
The ladies in this video saying they don't like being approached are...well...in my opinion aren't being honest. If they are honest, they are the exception to what I experienced.
If you approach a Filipino and just immediately ask for her name and phone number, it would really be creepy. Like I mean, that is too direct and weird. If that is the kind of approach i will get, i would of course say no.

To be fair, some of them age terribly. Have very wrinkled skin in their 30s because they stayed in the sun too much - probably because they had to work many hours in the fields.

Most of these women seemed unapproachable. But then you weren't in a place where women would seek to be approached. I would like to know where they would expect to meet any man of any nationality. Honestly, I see reactions like theirs and I think "western feminism is here to stay". And, considering how depressed western feminist in the 35-50 age range are, that is very sad.
