Driving through Victory Boulevard in Richmond County, New York on July 4th, 2021

This is footage of the streets of Richmond County, New York on July 4th, 2021. The original plan for this video was to get footage from the Staten Island Railway and film from one of the cars throughout the island, but due to disagreements about that plan with my mother, we decided to drive on Victory Boulevard instead.
