Aww, Bobby Hatfield... Arguably the greatest male vocalist of all time... His live performance on the Andy Williams show 1965 has, on numerous occasions, been voted the greatest live solo performance of all time... He had the voice of an angel, and his rendition of Unchained Melody has never been topped, not even by Elvis... RIP Bobby, we lost an angel on earth the day you died... Thank you for sharing your beautiful voice with us ❤️
ARGUABLY? Hatfield had the greatest EVER live performance running up and down the musical scale like he wrote the book that all was to be judged by....!(1965 performance on live TV)... before AI...before autotune...before any enhancement what-so-ever....SET the bar for vocals men or women for eternity!
@@DippyHippieAccording to Bill Medley's book, it was heavy use of alcohol & cigarettes that mainly did the damage. Despite the autopsy results, Medley believed that Hatfield never used cocaine much.
I just wish that Bobby had of maintained his voice. But that live version on The Andy Williams Show in '65...nothing will ever touch that. God rest you, Bobby. 😢
Wasn't Ted Danson (Sam Malone) in a relationship with Whoopi Goldberg from the mentioned film _Ghost (1990)?_ Plus Woody was in the film _Indecent Proposal (1993)_ with Demi Moore from _Ghost_ as well.
Sucks when great singers get old and infirm and their voice goes to shit. Same goes to instrumentalists, like myself and a once great trombonist I once new. I wish they'd just brought him in in a speaking role instead of this. It was already gimmicky enough.

Sweet Bobby, the greatest male singer ever!! A voice sent from heaven and the face of an angel. Will love this man forever!!
Still had the voice of an angel in this TV appearance. RIP
Bobby Hatfield has the voice of an angel.
Had, sounded terrible here. I choose to remember him before age destroyed his voice.
want to hear a real angel? Try Anna German
om gosh - that groom is ebenezor Scrooge's nephew, with Georg C Scott as Scrooge!
@@Christobanistanit was cocaine that ruined his voice!

Bobby Hatfield was fine as wine even as an older man.
He wasn't really very old here though!
He was like 50 at the time in that episode.
@@brians5750 As I said, not very old...
That was so funny on Cheers !! I would of threw the dress and left with Bobby ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏💋
Great idea!
Oh yeah I tried that dress like him so quick and go with Bobby all day or see the white streak going
Classic line: "who's this Bozo?" Hmm. That "bozo" is legendary singer, the late, great Bobby Hatfield.
Bobby Hatfield. My favorite singer of all time
So sad that now both Bobby and Kirstie are gone. 😢
I just wish that Bobby had of maintained his voice.
But that live version on The Andy Williams Show in '65...nothing will ever touch that. God rest you, Bobby. 😢
Just saw this episode on the tribute to the late Kirstie Alley on 'DECADES' TV
"The other Righteous Brother"
Wundervoll Bobby Hatfield ❤❤❤
I love Bobby singing Bob Seger's song. Double whammy.
Dang, no one to root for here except Bobby!
He can make any song sound divine...I prefer this to Bob Seger.
Or Kenny and Sheena, or Kenny and Dolly...Bobby should've recorded this!
@@jezebeljones659 I'm thinking the exact same thing. It would have
been a fantastic song for Bobby to record.
When Bobby sings everybody should be silent........and listen.
Haha. Bobby was great
What happened to the audience why no applause when Bobby arrived
What you should do when Bobby sings to you is get on your knees.
🤣🤣....that voice would def do it!
agreed..............

Mr. Bobby Hatfield. Lol Fraiser.
I never saw this episode --- what was the significance of "We've Got Tonight" with Rebecca?
Sam just explained it
I don't know who to slap first.
What season and episode?
What’s the song at the end called?
Johnny Chang “we’ve got tonight” - Bob Seger
I think Kenny Rogers did a version of it also.

I wish we wouldn't have to listen to Lilith during the singing
I recognized the English guy from the West Wing
Sorry but it makes me barf to hear these bozos is talking over a true star.
Exactly my thoughts.
I’m sure the talking was written in the script.
