Can you tell me how many blocks tall the entire tower is put together? I'm trying to add your design as the top of my own build which I'm planning on making reach as close to the limit as I can get
I replaced the end crystal with a bulb of purple concrete and purple glass. Now it looks as if it's taking power from a purple crystal. i think that its a good replacement since its a bit more "filling"
We swapped the the granite, etc for gold blocks and built a square of eight beacons in the base with the middle being a froglight and our spawn location in our world. Thanks so much for a great design!

Had to search my watch history for this video so I can build it again in a family shared world. Not only is the tutorial well made, but the materials can be easily swapped for variable tower looks. Superb work!
I've been looking for a Mage tower just like this one but I'm not a very good builder, so this tutorial is greatly appreciated! Absolutely love this build, perfect for fantasy-inspired worlds just like the one I'm building 🥰
@@BrokenPixelSK Keep up the good work. Designs like this must be recognised by the community. I will build this next couple of days into my Deepslate Tower base. Thanks for this again. 🙏
This is exactly what I was looking for for my dragon egg under the end crystal, it will fit perfectly, great inspiration and a nice detailed tower great work mate!
Thanks for making this video, i followed it for the most part till the end, i ended up putting my own touched on it, i replaced the base walls with a mixture of quartz, diorite, and tuff blocks, i also raised the end crystal up a few blocks and put a couple of rings around the top spikes, i think it looks very nice, and i thank you for the tutorial
Really glad you like it! Thanks for watching. Also you can craft end crystals in survival with an eye of ender, ghast tear and 7 glass. If you wanted to add the final touch.
@@BrokenPixelSK ooh, i forgot about that recipe, i might use it though i don't trust my friends on the realm to not destroy it hahaha would it be possible for an interior tutorial? i've tried to base it off the clips you showed although i got a little stuck on some bits
awesome build with great detail for how short the video is. I do recommend substituting the granite for stone if you are like me and are too lazy to add the detail in the walls
Replacing the amethyst blocks with sculk (and the buds with some sculk veins) gives it an air of corrupted magic, like its existence is turning magic into an inky green goop. Additional details in this direction include placing shriekers on top of the beacon beam so that it looks like they are emitting it, and replacing the bototm floor with a combination of sculk blocks & catalysts, and cobbled deepslate with sculk veins on top of them; a well as using cyan instead of purple stained glass
I decided to try this in my creative on a floating island and it looks soon sick! I used sculk blocks, deepslate and the green frog lights as the amethyst and then topped it off with a green beacon. I'm working on an ancient Mayan build with touches of scull magic. Great recommendation 👍
This is amazing and just what I'm looking for but is there any other stuff or thing I can put at the top instead of the end crystal because I do not trust my freinds 🤣
I'm glad this is useful for you. You could use the top of the tower as an enchanting area. The beacon beam will pass through an enchanting table so that could be a cool use for the tower.
@@Thomas-ef3qg Sorry for the late response, I have been busy. I just uploaded a video showing the build + the base idea, if you really like it I could share a world download
You could try out all sorts of blocks. Regular stone/stone bricks would be fine. Or you could try something like oxidised copper or prismarine for a really bright and colourful version.
Thx for this great Video! I build it up with your help and make some change to the Stone and Textures.... you are a great Inspiration. What did you use to make those cinematic recording? thx
I'm glad you like it. I won't be doing a video for the interior as it's pretty small on the inside so all I've put is a water elevator (a ladder works too). Then the top can be anything really. I added random 'magical' decorations but I saw someone put their enchanting area up there which I thought was a great idea.
@@BrokenPixelSK ohh. Alright. Maybe it just looks bigger in the video tho. I’ll likely build it in the next few days on my survival world, I’ll get a better feel of what I can do then I guess. Maybe a redstone hidden stair to a big basement or something if there’s not much room in the tower proper
I love the overall shape, but it seems too crammed on the inside, so I'm gonna build this but on a slightly bigger scale. The only other thing that I don't like is the choice of granite and other brown blocks as the base color, since I'm looking for a more evil style, I'm gonna be changing these into blackstone and its variants.
You could swap the granite out for a mix of stone, stone bricks, andesite and even a little cobble. I think the grey tone would work fine for this build.
Stone, stone bricks and andesite all mix well. You could also put cobblestone and maybe acacia logs at the bottom to act as the darker blocks to the gradient.
Great build but I just have one issue as to why you didn't do the build with the design if you were going to add it anyway as I myself struggle with builds and I couldn't really do the design after the matter and had to end up scrapping it

Getting vibes of Lord of the Rings. It’s gorgeous 🤩💜

The tower looks great, I really like the shape of the spiked corners and the addition of the end crystal works really well too!
Thank you! Yeah the end crystal and beacon add a little bit of movement and light to bring it all to life.

This is an awesome build, but I used black stone as the base instead of the granite gradient and it looks way better imo
This tutorial is awsome but after the new caves and cliffs update granite is a bit more difficult to get so is there any other materials?
You could swap the granite out for a mix of stone, stone bricks, andesite and even a little cobble. I think the grey tone would work fine for this build.
That’s badass
Thanks Snacks!
The tower is great, I would like if the tutorial was a bit more survival friendly
Hi, if I want to make it larger, you know how can I do it and nice?
Amazing build but I used deepslate bricks to make it look darker cuz I like dark colours:)
This is the best design iv seen. Can you make more with this type of theme
Thanks so much. Yeah I have a ton of ideas to work so there will definitely be more like this coming.
what blocks should i use when i want to build the same tower but with stonebricks instead of Granite?
Stone, stone bricks and andesite all mix well. You could also put cobblestone and maybe acacia logs at the bottom to act as the darker blocks to the gradient.
i liked this a lot. pretty easy to follow. I just did terrible using the color gradient of blocks to make it have more texture. really bad at that
What is the block spaces between the outlines for the build
can you show how to do the texture
plz
I replaced the cobbled deepslate with Blackstone and holy shit it looks so fucking good.
That's a great idea. The Blackstone would add a lot more of a contrast to the granite. Thanks for checking out the video

bro the tower is fantastic but why you didnt show other side of the texture
Hi can you this tower saved a schematic download plase :D
" Sexteen block high " 😭
any way to get up the tower? recomendations welcome
I used a water elevator for mine. However you could use a simple ladder. Or maybe even one of the nether vines to get up and down.
Tnx bro for this cool video the tower is fucking great ❤
I wish you built the base with the blocks you would really use instead of a blueprint then instantly change it..... i had it all built in that..
I wish you would’ve showed how to make the same exact design instead of just cutting the video with the new design
it looks like Xardas tower from gothic 3
used this byuild in my sev tech server
one minus...no lights on tower in night i think is low visibility
I did not know a top slab was transparent to a beacon.
Yeah most things that aren't a full block allow the beacon beam to pass through.
I used copper for this :D
Love that idea. I think it would look really cool with copper
This is fucking sick
