  • Mobile diagnostic techs get paid well to come to a shop and troubleshoot the current "problem child". But 80% of the problems they solve can be solved by YOU instead. All it takes is a solid foundation in the fundamentals, continued education and a logical process.

I'm glad you mentioned these specialist get called in. I feel like all this electrical diagnostic stuff is just expected from you as standard even though we hardly learned any of this during 3 years of college.
I want to get better for my own career so that's why I enjoy watching your videos. Already have massively improved my diagnostic ability from your channel.

I’ve been using the Autel MS908 ever since it first came out, I was an ex-Snap-On to dealer(16yrs) turned independent and I was training techs to use these as I had done with the Snap-On, OTC and Launch units and let me tell you... Autel has them beat especially in cost, updates (updated as the come out) and ease of use. When I went back to being a Mobile Diagnostic Tech. my MS908 has been invaluable along with the Maxi-Scope add-on, now you’ve got me drooling over the MS919....my wife is going to divorce me!, oh well... it’s easier to as for forgiveness than for permission... go big or go home!

My reward for service isn't money. It has to be customer satisfaction. This is how repeat business takes place and word of mouth advertisement. That money mindset opens the door to greed which I can't afford. Providing the best service has to be the main focus not money. I wouldn't make mention of all the money in our pockets. Lol
