NEW MEXICO GNAR ON A THREE-WHEELED HANDCYCLE!!! -- Riding Glorieta with Jeremy

- We decided to get one last ride in at Glorieta before leaving NM for the winter and met up with Jeremy (who you might remember from our Sea Otter video -- • THREE WHEELED BIKE SHR... ) and his buddy, Xavier, to show them around the trails and see which ones were possible on their 3-wheeled bikes.
We started off by shooting with a couple of pro drone pilots and then headed up to Holy Mole, Glorieta's super fun flow trail. It was a great day and we learned some great lessons about how small changes to a trail can make a huge difference for adaptive bike riders.

Was lucky enough to be on the “Hanbikes at dawn” team Helping 4 riders to attempt Cader Idris mountain summit. With Olympian/Adventurer Karen Darke who made the summit with one other. The others made their own summits and had a mega ride back down. Epic day!!

This is an incredible video. Really.
Those 3 wheelers are so badass. And I love that they almost enhance the trail because of the 2 front wheels. They turn what is a smooth flow trail for a bicycle into a wild ride for the 3 wheeler.
Yeah, it's crazy how they have to consider 3 lines at all times instead of just 1!

This was so cool guys! We are constructing an adaptive bike trail at Griffin Bike Park and this was very helpful. I can definitely see some easy changes we can make to our existing trails to make them more adaptive bike accessible.
This is awesome to hear. Definitely consider reaching out to Jeremy (@jpmcghee on Instagram) to get his perspective! I'm sure he'd love to ride your trails and give feedback!
I had the chance to ride several offroad adaptive vehicles a couple years ago at the No Barriers Summit. Some like in this video, but with no electric assist. An offroad wheelchair like the one Martyn has on GMBN and a really fast, very fun one by Outrider USA. Good luck with the adaptive trail!

I think those trikes would corner much better with 3 to 5 degrees of negative camber. This is just my opinion as a mechanic. I see go karts do this to help tire bite in the corners. Make them a bit more stable in the corners on that uneven banking. Have a great time riding.
You are right. Camber would make them more stable, but the issue is clearance with the crank when at full turn. Also widens the tread.
I´m not handicapet, but I would want this bike ... Theys should make a recumbent version with pedals :) This looks better than the Azub Ti Fly X and the scorpion fs26 enduro

This video puts our limitations into perspective. What can we do with the limitations we have and are we actually limited. My own aches and ailments are very minor when compared to your friends and how can I feel sorry for myself when compared to others. Just get out and have fun. Be more awesome. Thanks.
