Reason I cancel my Epidemic sound subscription. | second option of royalty free music site.
Actually its been 4mos that I use my metrobank debit card with my subscription but on my 5th month i could not renew anymore because epidemic blocks my card renewal but luckily Soundstripe accept my subscription with the same debit card that I used.

Hello po...untill now po ba, epidemic sound parin ang gamit nyo?..nagka problema rin kasi ako, nag cancel ako then nag avail uli ako ok naman na...then nong mag ddownload na ko ng music , ayaw naman na...or cuguro need ko rini komontak sa epidemic sound...

hello mam i also facing this type of problem and it shows the transaction was declined error and i m indian guys and i m using the indian credit card pls anwser me as soon as possible
Hi sir you can email epidemics support and they are quick to respond. if you have subscription you can check their email in the website
What I did also is I enable the international transaction for my card I go to the bank and they change and enable it

Ate ask ko lang po paano po kung halimbawa naka pag subscribe ka kay epidemic tas nag stop kna ung mga music bang dinanload mo sakanila continues mong magagamit kahit wala kang connection sa kanila. Bayad namn na inshort kac ung music na nadownload mo galing sa kanila. Hindi ba nilala kukunin un sau?
Wag mo na po gamitin yon bali magamit mo lang xa within the period na subscribe ka kasi po may time na ang music owner is sumikat na at nag pullout na xa sa platform within that time na hindi ka na subscribe sa Epidemics ma papaso pa din ang content mo po

@@NicoLas-yp7db i mean example february naka subscribe ka tapos ginamit mo xa sa content mo make sure ang social media na ginamitan mo is naka enroll don sa settings ni epidemics. So lahat ng yon is legal use ng music. So say d ka na mag subscribe ung mga music na nasa vlog mo lang feb ok pa un lahat walang foul don. Ma foul ka lang if ang same music gamitin mo ulit pagka march kasi wala ka na subscription sa march

@@PakalsDavaoVlogDid that too. I have two international cards and still I was unable to process my payment. Epidemic Sound told me that they are working on new payment options but it's been their go to statement since these 4 months.

I contacted the bank (Canada) and they told me to apply new Visa debit Card.
I tried through PayPal with a new card and My free one-month opened.
I don't know what will happen next month's payment...
Though I applied for SBI Visa card also

Yes the UI seems restricting card that having failed payment on their first try.

@@LokiWhoRemains I email them and I constantly reply to their message their support is superb they reply immediately and they resolved my issue I think after a week
