What's practice?? hahaha! Seriously, I do not get to practice very often but I will definitely incorporate this into a quick warm up before every round, especially when I am in a hurry. Thanks Alex!!
The range is for warming up your muscles, feel some feel of where on the club face where you are hitting it, pay no attention to distance or ball flight unless it’s obviously correct. ie a banana slice
I’m fortunate to have a retirement job at a golf course. I practice 4 days a week. It has taught me that the amount of days per week is meaningless if you’re not doing the right drills with purpose.
Hitting off synthetic turf mats with rubbish balls that wouldn’t make their way into your bag is not the best way to improve in my opinion. I play between 2 and 3 rounds a week and one of them is a “hit and giggle”. No scoring, when I’m simply working on areas for improvement as I’m using the same balls, on varying turf lies, which I find much more beneficial than hitting a bucket of balls at a range. What I occasionally do is work on my shots within 10 metres of the fringe of a practice green as this part I do find additionally helpful.
I live in central Florida, so no basements here, but I am fortunate to have a man-cave with a Spornia golf net. Just enough clearance to hit my irons, but not my driver. I try to hit 60-80 a day 3 times a week.
Hi Alex, I’ve just called my Dad (we live about 650 kilometres from each other and it’s still within the smallest state of Australia). He’s 78 and plays a lot more rounds than I do and we have a yearly competition). He’s just told me with a 7 iron his distance is around 145-150 metres so a similar number. The main club that he’s lost the most distance is his driver. Any tips for that age category?
I’m 75 and still hitting the 7 iron 165 yds 5 iron 180….and most times pretty straight…how don’t know, driver is getting better at 225 + just do the gym 3 x a week
@ at a club in a small town Meaford, Ontario, Canada… it’s a couple of hours north of Toronto. This is my golf off season right now (close to a meter of snow on the ground) and I setup an inexpensive simulator in my garage to practice…
What do you do to minimize the ball going left too much with this wrist flexion feel or drill? Do you open your body more to square the face or not flex wrist as much? Thanks in advance!
Would LOVE to be able to practice that often!!! Play once a week and try desperately to get a practice in too. QQ - is that the Core Hackmotion software or the Pro that we could see in the video? Not really clear on the difference unlocked between the two
I am lucky enough to have a sim and I practice about 4-5 times a week. Most of my friends maybe practice once a month if that. Mostly they just get on tee 1 ant hit (badly)
Hitting the ball with the club lagging 5-10 degrees just "simulates" a lower lofted iron. No wonder he hits with his 7 iron the distance he normally should probably hit with a 5 iron or a 4 iron. The "before" is indeed not good but the "after" is exaggerating.
Use my link here hackmotion.com/alex and copy the exact routine
Maybe 2 to 3 times a month . I live in Wisconsin . So only time is when there’s decent weather. Love your videos .
I hope you mange to get out soon!!

Please do! Let me know how you get on
👏👏👏 yet another helpful video, so many of us watch videos, then forget it at the range 😂. This is a must try for this weekend 👍
I hope that really helps you!!
@AlexElliottGolf I need all the help I can get, my game seems to be going backwards 😶🌫️🫣
@AlexElliottGolf my 15 year old daughter on the other hand 😵, 5 lessons and hits and swings like a pro

@@sylvandude1 a BANANA SLICE, have you been spying on me at the range ? 🫣😂

You get to hit on the job?😮
I show up an 1 1/2 early and practice.
Love this!!
Fantastic tip & drills to start 2025👍👍💪💪 back to basics love it
Glad you enjoyed it
I practice at least 3 days a week. If weather is OK I am outside, during colder weather I hit into my garage net (mostly drills indoors).
Spot on Alex, more like on, average, 1 day per week.
Thank you David!!

Thank you Adam!!
Wow 🎉🎉 gym paying off
Same we didn’t see your Dad hitting those 7 iron 164 yard high towering iron shots instead of the Hack Motion advert ☹️
‘Shame’
Hi Avx….ill have to get him on!
He said his dad hits the driver 294 yards with no evidence
4 days per week ... 50 - 70 balls each day ... have a net set up in my basement.

That’s amazing!!!
I can't practice right now, but semi retired so w 2 times a week at best when weather permits.

Hi Marcus! I would say don’t be around to let the wrists roll and move. May loose a little accuracy but could bump up that speed

Wow that’s class!!!
Retired and obsessed! 5 to 7 times per week…
Love that! Where do you play your golf?

Quick question. Is the hack motion basic package/plan sufficient? I have a small indoor sim setup where I can swing a few times a week. Thanks!

Lee it could be a mixture of face and path…Sunday I have a cracker for you
Winter in Michigan so no practice for me......
When will you start to see a bit of golf? April?
Would LOVE to be able to practice that often!!! Play once a week and try desperately to get a practice in too.

This is the core! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Lucky if I could practice once in 2 weeks.
How is the game right now?
Once a week at most, and play 2 weekends a month
That’s still a great amount
excellent 😅
Thank you so much 😀

I am so jealous!!
@ great job on the tips. One of the best in a world of questionable advice
Alex, great job on the tips. Thanks
1 to 2 hours a week of practice, but only because this damned job thing keeps getting in the way of my golf
That’s still good Lee!
Only practice once a week on the course
Maybe make this part of your warm up??

For sure but if he was originally adding 3-8 degrees this is a great improvement
1 max2 a week
How do you find this? What do you concentrate on?
I practice or play 12 plus hrs a week
Play twice a week. Practice none.
Nice glyn!! How’s the game?
None
