LOL LOL you didn’t even watch the show then. He already had a DNA test and it came back he was the dad. This was his second one because he “didn’t believe” it. They also have a two year old that he also took to court and had tested . And he is that one’s dad too. I feel sorry for him as I genuinely think he has a 94 IQ. He just can’t comprehend it all. He needs to get a vasectomy in all seriousness. I don’t think he really understands what he’s doing makes babies sadly.

I’m not saying any about step dads my bio father was absolute dirt but I mean if th female are the man being tested are not a couple at all and they r only there to the testing to see if it’s their kid I just mean if the guy doesn’t immediately step in and say he will still be there for them I’ve seen people talk very badly about the guys who go their separate ways only when it’s the situation where the guy hasn’t spoken to the mom or anything and is there for the results about the child. That first case.... I feel for the whole situation. I dont think this woman is a bad woman, she is just young and never had proper guidance and didnt know how to do the right thing. She seems like she is just doing what she knows at the time even if it is very misguided. This man for once didnt actually do anything wrong here. What can he do if he doesnt have the information? And when he did have the information he did whatever he COULD do and even now truth is just now coming out that he is hearing for the first time! DNA should be mandatory right after birth before signing a birth certificate. This shows the level of degeneracy in our society. It is alarming.
Problem is that hospitals do not do DNA tests at the hospital. At all. They laugh in faces who ask this. It takes like a week at minimum to get DNA results. Usually longer.

She let the other man signed that birth certificate because she would have someone on the hook for child support but she better be warned if the man who signed the birth certificate finds evidence that can give him custody she'll be paying the bio dad child support.
To be blunt, seems what she was dealing with was other men.
She goes to another man, puts that man in the Birth certificate. Makes him the legal father, so he has to pay child support unless he is taken off.
Then she goes to this man, claim he is the father and then wants child support. But he was a DNA test first that she has avoided.
She came to court because the other man bailed out, even though he is on the birth certificate.
Now, she uses her sister to support the child instead.
Now she ruins this good mans father.
Now she says you can still be her father. You can still pay for her because her mother needs the money.
Doing all that to be wrong at that age is insane. Lady in the first case is a MESS

One thing I can’t agree with is a woman putting another man’s name on a Birth Certificate who they know is not the father. You jam that man up with possibly being put on Child Support if you two do not make it. It’s deceitful to the child when they finally see their BC and ask why their real father isn’t on it. You put the real father name on it so the rightful person is held responsible. Dont not put the real father name on it because you think they are a deadbeat or whatever your personal feelings towards him may be. It’s just the right thing to do legally and morally honestly.
