The way you stop it is get married and raise your children in a committed household.

2nd case the mom raised the daughter so well, she had nothing bad to say about her father even though he was never around. She just went ahead and hugged him. Thats a good mom

He was not caught because The daughter calls him when she was a kid, so he could reach out the mother and get a dna test.

1st case the daughter is so immature. Even when she’s talking to the judge, she’s shaking her head.

Always told my daughter never to have a baby with a boyfriend. Just turned 26, has no kids, and doesn't want any while unmarried.

The last one got me confused her talking about how she was in love yet she was a 304 blaming that dude for 35 years. He should have taken care of that too he is also wrong for that
They need a new "expert" because I was born with a congenital heart murmur that I inherited from my dad. My cardiologist informed me of that. They did EKG, lab work and an ultrasound of the heart to measure the severity of it and the thickness of my heart wall pertaining to the murmur. I was just tested last month by not just a cardiologist but one of the top cardiologists.
I had a relative who had this same condition, and neither of her parents had this condition.
There are many medical conditions that can be either congenital or not.
Same, I inherited mine from my dad... expert smexpert 🙄
You do realize these experts look at the papers before they testify. The kind of heart murmur he had was not congenital. Simple.
I feel like she should have clarified that she reviewed this kids medical records. She made a sweeping statement like it cant be genetic. And that is not true.

First case it's her own fault that he had doubts, you don't react in anger and say oh yeah he's not yours, and then deny a DNA test.

The last case is completely the mom’s fault. She was so in love w a man who didn’t want her. Got him hemmed up with child support where he had no choice but to claim her in order to keep more of his pay. He shouldn’t feel bad in the least.

The lady case, the mom is really shocked. It would've been nice to know if this man was ever wounded in the military and ever received a blood transfusion or maybe the daughter in her babies births. Because blood transfusions change DNA's and if people don't say that when the test is made, the results can come altered
It happened in Paternity court and it was reversed. The woman insisted that there was a mistake. Someone in the case had had a blood transfusion.
In another case, one lady had had chemotherapy and she also had her DNA altered so it had to be done in a different way.

El ADN actúa de formas misteriosas.
En Caso Cerrado se presentó una familia colombiana inmigrantes, con dos hijos. El señor consigue su visa con los niños y se la niegan a la esposa porque dicen que no es la madre biológica de los niños. Un disparate, tras dos pruebas más, testigos, etc, un médico llegó a la verdad. Tuvieron que hacerle un análisis de sangre, no recuerdo si intrauterino (no estaba embarazada) y resultó que tenía dos tipos de ADN en su cuerpo. Rarísimo y fue un médico a explicarlo.
En paternity court he visto gente REALMENTE choqueada con los resultados. Una de las mujeres seguía casi congelada diciendo "impossible, impossible".
