Azula and Shego will always be my favorite villainesses, Azula just had something about her that just made you want to hate her and love her at the same time, and Shego, Shego was Shego, she was funny, sarcastic, and the best Villan in all of Kim possible.
Yeah I agreee with everyone who says "Azula shouldve been #1". Before I clicked the video the first person that came to my head was Azula. Even though I couldnt stand how she was always getting in the way of Aang and how she treated Zuko, part of me felt so bad for her. She felt like her mom didnt love her and favored Zuko and deep down she craved her mom's affection. Her dad favored her but he didnt treat her with love so she never got to feel that while Zuko did. So I believe part of her was jealous of Zuko because of that. I liked how they slowly began to reveal a little about her during the books then by book 3 thats when you got to learn more about her past and you understand now why she is the way she is. I had so much hope for Azula and wished she would become good again by the end but instead she let her past and also her present take control of her driving her to insanity. I honestly cried at the end when she cried. I felt so bad for her man. She was my favorite cartoon villainess. Not one of these villianesses listed made me feel that way more than Azula.
Vicky should be more than an honorable mention and Shego should be higher, possible #2. Kim Possible is my favorite cartoon show and Shego is one of my favorite characters

Azusa should have the first spot, she's much more of a villain than Harley. I love Harley, but she isn't a pure villain. She has her good moments and doesn't really do to much damage, she's more of the Joker's sidekick usually. You could almost call her an anti hero. But Azula is pure evil and a perfect villainess in every way, so she should get that spot.

Ghost Pix It was a handful out of over 100 she wasn't that much of a character she was in 2 episodes of the first season and then basically made a cameo in Steven's dream in season 2. And mentioned a few times and I think a flashback. Season 3 she appeared in the later episodes where she was more of a threat but that was only like 4 episodes and mentioned a few times. Out of 110 episodes she's been in about 7/8 and all she did in some was appear for 1 minute and vanish... She cannot compete with the ones's on this list. I think Peridot has had as many episodes as Jasper as the villain.
Ghost Pix In the episode in season 2 that she was in it really was a cameo character she was on screen for a maximum of 15 seconds. And I was saying she hasn't had enough presence in the show to be considered for this list. Not that she was a bad villain.

The abandonment, the hatred she felt after her Mother left and the comments that scarred her. “My own Mother thought I was a Monster.” Her Mother didn’t have faith in her which we all know how parents can either make or break a child. Shego also has a backstory she was once good. It just makes the characters more likeable

She literally almost killed batman more times then Joker, as well as had perfect plans and ploys to do so--but were only stopped because Joker. Also, she's bisexual so that's a bonus with her canon ship with Poison Ivy (who actually treated her well and shared DNA or something to ensure that Harley had some protection against poisons and minor superhuman powers.)

Catwoman ( she's a good foil to Batman as well as a love interest at the same time) Hecate ( Pain and Panic say it best when they say " Hecate is worse than Hades." )

Harley Quinn is a result of abuse and coercion. She's pretty crazy, but I would have put Azula above her, since Azula wasn't above killing her own family, had no love for anyone (except for a brief crush) and always had an ulterior motive. there is no susprised she was number one, I actually liked this list no complaints
Here are other villainesses that I think should have qualified
Zhan Tiri ( she's cold, heartless, manipulative, untrustworthy, and downright sadistic)
Shuriki ( she's essentially what would happen if you combined Lady Tremaine, Mother Gothel, and Lord Voldemort)
Vor ( she's both literally and figuratively a combination of Queen Grimhilde, Lady Tremaine, Maleficent, Ursula, Jafar, Shan Yu, Dr Facilier, Mother Gothel, and Mordu.)
Catwoman ( she's a good foil to Batman as well as a love interest at the same time)
Hecate ( Pain and Panic say it best when they say " Hecate is worse than Hades." )
Glad that the Baroness, Shego, Natasha Fatale, Demona, and Azula made it to the list and that Inque and Sedusa made it to he honorable mentions. PS: Death to Angelica (Rugrats) and Vicky (FOP)!!!!

Harley Quinn is a result of abuse and coercion. She's pretty crazy, but I would have put Azula above her, since Azula wasn't above killing her own family, had no love for anyone (except for a brief crush) and always had an ulterior motive. She was downright evil. Harley Quinn was mentally insane, but not quite comparable to Azula
Why isn't dominator on this list? She should've at least gotten on Honorable Mentions!
