Hello, I'm building a 52in yacht with two drive motors each with there own esc and a bow thruster with its own esc . Will I have to drop out the red wire on the bow thruster esc as well? Thanks for all you do for the hobby 👍
Hi Chris. Thank you for such an informative video, I really needed this, however, I am kind of slow and i am having a difficult time following the wiring. Specially how the lights are connected, from the receiver to the individual lights. could you possibly make this a bit clearer? Any help greatly appreciated. Again Thank you.
The lights plug into a slot on the receiver. I believe it has either Futaba or Tamaya connectors, which is standard… There is a switch on the transmitter for activating, the lights and the radar… Pretty simple set up. I don’t think there’s any danger in damaging the components at such low voltages.
Do you know how you'd set up a turret on a battleship? I'm trying to solve the problem of how far the turrets can traverse since they can't rotate 360 degrees. I'm really new to the RC idea. I've only built models so far.
Yes you can very easily the fastest way is a small cheap servo mounted directly under the turrets hook the channel you want and off you go You may have to trim it to sit were you like that's easy just hit the trims on the side of the kevers good luck !
I just recently began soldering up the tower and railings and will soon be running wire through it. I need to go small wiring for the 5/32" tubing i'm using.
It is the tape that I have attached to the couplers. The motors are very quiet and smooth. I just wanted to give the effect of the motors when I was doing the demo.
Thanks very much for speedy reply I have a 12 volt motor, ESC - 50 for speed forward and reverse powered by 8 standard double a batteries Rudder working but motor gives a slight burst then cuts out again many thanks for your interest it's a old 60 year old 36 inch wooden PT109
The electronics are old...over 15 yrs old. You can research newer more efficient motors and ESC's and batteries. The twin stick controller is the hardest to find. I sold an ACE Nautical Commander years ago and I regret it.
Hi, I like that HK6S with dual throttle control. Can you tell me the exact model number and where can I buy one? Thanks

That I am not sure about
Transmitter on first, then receiver on. Receiver off, then transmitter off. That's the safest way to do it.
Thank you.

Great set up what is the model number of the transmitter, can’t find one with the split throttle controls
It’s a HobbyKing HK6S model… But good luck finding them… I haven’t seen them around in years
Very helpful. Thanks. Can you report which radar you used?
i made the radar from Sintra plastic and used a micro servo for the motor.
where do you get that dual split throttle?

What gauge wire do you use to connect everything?
I don’t quite know the gauge wire but it’s got to be in the 20s… This is all standard RC equipment associated with small remote control models
Hi guy, this is the same system of rc catamaran( without radar and light)with twin motor?
i'm not familiar with a Catamaran model.
anchor light ? surely a stern light ?

What’s the noise from the motors ( hi pitch sound) I have the same thing is it a problem or just normal ?
It is the tape that I have attached to the couplers. The motors are very quiet and smooth. I just wanted to give the effect of the motors when I was doing the demo.
does this system have a reverse gear?
Yes
Can anyone help as I activate my motor it quickly cuts out thanks in advance 12 volt system
Need more information, please… Maybe you can send some pics? Not sure what set up you have… Can be a number of things

HELLO PLEASE FAN YOU MAKE A VIDEO WITH A LIST OF THE PRODUCTS AND A TUTORIAL HOW TO MAKE IT? PLEASE 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Where can I buy the electronics?

@@christopherleitch2505 yes, very hard to find dual stick controller.. what is the brand and model of your dual stick controller?
The transmitter is a hobby king HK6S but I have not seen them on the market for years. I’m sure it’s been replaced since.
it's possible to have the list of all components please
you don't want this list as many of the components are antiquated and out of production.
Thank u so much🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒
thank you i needed this!
Araqa bera pa
how to make a reversible one?
How to make a reversible what? Electronic speed control? Just buy one.
There is no place on earth those split throttles exist.... no one carries them
