Mohit the Indian railways make their coach in a way that the brakes will always hold the wheels. The gas sometimes you listen from the train is the air pressure which is used to remove the brakes from the wheel. When the pressure suddenly get reduced due to some malfunction the brakes will imidiateltly hold the wheels which makes that sudden jerk. Now if a pressure malfunction for long the brakes will hold the wheel while it moves makeing lot of friction..thus heat and fire. Hope you be safe. U can share the same if you like in video. So when the locomotive departs or speeds up or apply brakes the pulling force acts centrally, hence the jerking is happening. This increases more you move away from the locomotive that towards end the jerking is maximum.

I noticed the brake pads were red, the fire occurred due to the friction of brake and the pad.

Igatpuri to kasara / kasara to Igatpuri patch has a ghat section, hence all the trains running upwards or downwards has to take a halt so the engines can be attached to the trains for push, pull operations.

18:46 this railway track is made for trains which pass lonavala as it is a hill station so a slop is there. An extra engine is added at karjat station to cross it

no that one is used as a catch sliding ,in case the brake fails they can use that track to stop ,the one which u are saying is different
I travel often on this train and have experience the jerk everytime. This is a serious issue which makes the journey really uncomfortable. The other LHB rakes are better compared to this particular Duronto LHB rakes.
It's because these Duronto LHB rakes are not using fiat boggies(wheel combination) unlike other LHB coaches, they call it hybrid LHB

Mohit bhai actually the couplers of the LHB rakes are same as the couplers of freight trains.These are called CPC couplers so it gives the jerks as same as the freight trains.The advantage of these couplers are during any accident like the ICF rakes the coaches will not climb on each other.Its the problem of these couplers only to avoid accidents.....
So have a happy and comfortable journey and nothing to do with these jerks...

the cbc couplers are normally used in these freight trains to ensure safety because there are not only coal freight wagons but they also use for milk containers . This is exclusively useful and important as it also carries petrol and military equipment. Thanks a lot for this valuable information this made me research more about it

You said correct, if you want to tell all information then,video would be longer. But @VSMonu Vlogs & 200Journeys do the same but they also try to keep within 30 mins
The sudden jerks he was observing in this journey was unusual as he had travelled earlier also in 1st class and always location of boggi remains same at end with CBC in most cases but haven't observed such jerks there , Generally railway brakes are controlled by differential pressure system there exists two brake pipes and off course braking in loco , some have resistive loco braking while some have regenerative loco braking .

This thing was common back here in icf coaches... This is because of not well maintenence
No...i have never felt as uncomfortable in ICF as in lhb...
Icf were not as smooth as lhb ..but ye sudden jerks were rare...i travelled by Ahemdabad Shatabdi once....and faced the same issue....
These coaches are LHB and shock is common in these type of coaches
