You can also, as many times as you like, glitch into the Enclave station at Transmission Station 1AT-U03 (glitch through the door on the right into a part you're not supposed to be able to get back into) that was part of the Steel Dawn quest line, and shoot enemies, and they will drop plenty of Enclave plasma rifles and pistols. A lot easier than doing the event and hoping.
Very good point, I neglected to mention this because I didn't think they could drop with their reflex scopes, however if I'm wrong this seems like it would be a vital strategy ( or even just for people looking to amass EPRS)
Yes they can drop here with circle or dot scopes. However I would like to add in the 100 or so Dropped Connection events I have done over last three years a pre-modded rifle with flamer has only dropped once for me.

You missed loads mate - All mods are now active to get dropped from all sorts of sources, The flooded railyward building to right when you spawn in has box mods which can be enclave, when you come out of building, Straight ahead otside of shack. Red trains also in yard. All vendors from watoga upwards can get them too

Just a heads up for anyone listening: The Enclave Plasma Gun Comfort Grip/stock is the aligned stock for the gun. It “reduces” the AP cost (only 15% added AP cost versus other rifle stocks 20%) of the weapon which is the primary objective of a good enclave plasma weapon, flamer barrel or auto barrel. That 5% may not sound like a lot but every little bit counts with these weapons, as energy weapons don’t get the same -50% AP costs for being automatic. Every end game build should be using VATS, and energy weapons suffer in this regard. So the “aligned” variants of the stock and barrels are important and should be going for a LOT of caps in any players vendor. The end goal would be to have a reflexed, fully aligned, 25%LVC weapon. It would never be as easy to use as something like a fixer or handmade and you could only do a hybrid stealth build at best with max bloodied and covert scout pieces, but it would be unique and very powerful and comparable to a railway rifle in a sense.
I wouldn't consider Bloody to be king. When using it with the flamer mod the range is so small you have to be in the enemies face. As a bloody player your health is already low and your putting yourself in harms way being so close to enemies. Vampires keeps you alive when taking damage. I can stand in the SBQ's face with a Vampires all day and she and the enemies she spawns can't damage me faster than I heal from the vampire effect. I would hate to try that with a bloody version. They do sell well from my vendor tho.😊
If you don’t use vats you can tank much more full bloody, I can melt anything point blank and take hardly any damage bffr enclave flamer, I don’t like vats because it’s way too taxing on your stats there isn’t much room for survivability with vats
If you’re scared of dying and don’t have bloodied as the prefix then I would argue don’t be low health in general. You’re going for insane damage and the whole point is high risk high reward. Just my two cents. Difference in philosophies, I suppose.
You can get a good rifle from Modus himself in Production part of bunker. It's random, but eventually you will see unique rifle with a collimator sight and very nice VATS friendly barrel. So always check Whitespring's bunker.
@@dumpinclipsgaming Gun will be switched during every server switch which you can get by exiting to main menu. I recommend to check Modus shop on every next server you're switching. Here's how i do it. Leave your character near bunker whenever you are ready to switch server. Switch server by relogging and then check gun that Modus is selling. Then immediately jump to Vatoga and check both shops and 6 spawn points of modules in and near Vatoga, then jump to Berkly Springs train station and check last vendor there. Make sure to complete any Dropped Connection Enclave event if you see it. After that jump back to Whitespring and relog and repeat.
I'm curious why people are interested in this flamer, at this point. As a rifle it's not bad, but as a flamer it's very powerful but the range is terrible. I used it a while before switching to Holy Fire, which has a much better range.
@jeffbarnesyout money. It's always money. People trade high value items for weapons or appeal, or sell them on a market. Right now b2550 goes between 45-65 usd, while a b5025 is going for 100+ usd. Prices change over time, but the harder to find rolls are usually worth more.

Thanks for the Guide. I managed to snag a Flamer Mod in an hour and a half of server hopping at Watoga. I did not encounter a single Dropped Connection Event, however. Is there something additional I need to do other than hit the two vendors?
X/25/25 is better than X/50c/25 for everything except sniper. sniper is better as X/50c/25 or X/50vhc/25... AA/25/25 flamer is about 2.5m caps, AA/50c/25 is about 2m.... 50c out performs ffr only when the server has really high ping and your shots are not all registering. Also, Calibrated Capacitor is still king on flamers. You want Calibrated Capacitor on everything UNLESS you want to heal targets with severe beta wave tuner.. Prime does not work as it used to on flamer. To date, the fastest boss killing weapon is still an AA/25/25 Flamer with calibrated capacitor and canned coffee + buffs, *I think its around 12s eerle kill or something like that.*
You are VERY incorrect , the AA 50 crit 25 still is the highest dps weapon in the game. To make proper use of this weapon your gonna need the correct mutations and perk cards and buffs.

Why spam tea or coffee when you can Quantum spam with Cola Nut perk and not only have constant AP but you are literally next to invincible while doing it?
If you still need ap buffs like coffee to use the gun to its potential why is 25 lvc your god roll? The gun breaks pretty quick apparently why not choose that one?
what about world spawn Mod boxes? there are 2 locations with 2 spawns and one location with 3 spawns. so far i have found scopes and barrels, both stabilized and aligned
I guess this is useful information for those who want to play as the status quo. Personally, I like going against the grain. I don’t run bloodied anything. I don’t run flamer anything, except the actual flamer. I don’t stockpile items to sell them later like I’m some sort of virtual tycoon (there’s actual games for that). You’ll typically find me running a full health build using ammo composed of your typical lead and steel… and I do just fine. Great video though. Very informative.

Berkley Station also has a chance to sell Enclave mods.

No it doesn’t anymore. None of the aligned stuff or AP reducing mods matter for EPR flamers. It does for every other form of it though.
You need to also check berkly springs station … mods spawn there tooooo

I think bc one of the newer updates that made the enclave flamer Commando people who run commando tend to gravitate towards it

I just recently put the flamer mod on my Enclave Rifle but the damage inst that high? ive seem people get the damage up to like 100
Commando perk cards work, science perk cards work, adrenal serum (low health but weapon does more damage), adrenaline perk card should all help more
