This bunker is in Fallout 76's new map expansion! We could possibly be encountering the Enclave in the future sometime! Follow my Twitch if you're participating in the giveaway - www.twitch.tv/riflegaming_
This is the third enclave bunker, one was under a signal tower north of valut 76, then the one under whitesprings, now the brown house. Now given the two current enclave events we can so bot stop and uplink it's safe to say they've been mapping the area. Plus the map you never stopped to look in detail about the map in the bunker, it could have clues to other bunkers or important areas of interest.
OMG, I really hope someone on the dev team catches the fact that they spelled naval base n a v e l as in your belly button, or an orange. it's n a v a l!
It’s still annoying as hell that the Enclaves quest doesn’t really get resolved in the main game . You’ve got so many doors inside whitespring and the surrounding huts/houses around the whitespring that you still can’t access today and I find it baffling that a continuation hasn’t been added yet. So this great news that they plan to add more lore in the game but still hopping that they eventually pic up where they left off !!!
Thanks for sharing the video Rick. My wife, son, and I have been playing the game since the very first free to play event. My brother got us involved by stating he needed help in game. We fell in love with the game then, A year ago I lost my brother in an auto accident. Many may have knew him as killercmt. We continue on today and remember him as we revisit many of the locations and Easter eggs he showed us. May everyone enjoy the game and different game styles we each love to play. Game on and bless you all. See you in the wasteland on PC. Cat_+
Sorry about your loss. 🙁 Glad to hear you're able to enjoy the game with your wife and son though. I hope your experiences with the game bring you nothing but good times with your family, and fond memories of your brother.

Norfolk navy base is also the largest navy bases in the world and its the HQ for the United States entire Atlantic fleet, so it would make sense if the enclave controlled it as it is huge.
Well technically we have enclave presence with the responders at the whitespring. For remember that responders are at the whitespring at the behest of the Enclave as they need to mask their presence from brotherhood of steel!
I love it whenever fallout 76 has some """impassable""" obstacle like a *shelf* as if you arent wearing 600 pounds of pure steel capable of benching a deathclaw
eh, can't even bend loose wire fences, even tho IRL you would only need to lean on it (if average adult body) to bend/deform it (if top wire is lose/broken)
Just a heads up, I heard from dataminers that the Homer image on the MARCS panel in the bunker is just a placeholder. Dunno how true that is, but figured I'd mention that he may not be connected to the Enclave or the location at all. Also, the one painting of the Enclave raising the flag on the moon was taken from a previous scoreboard.
Someone glitched their way into the bunker and there was a plaque that mentioned the poseidon oil rig though. So most likely its enclave related at the very least
@@IsengardMordor No, I know. The bunker itself is definitely Enclave related. What I'm SAYING is that Homer Saperstein, the guy involved with the Invaders From Beyond event, may not be affiliated with the Enclave, because the screen showing him inside the bunker is supposedly a placeholder.
Honestly it’d be pretty cool if Homer worked for government and when they went to the moon they found aliens, I think I saw a tesla trap on the moon image and if so then they would be fighting someone because it looked like Iwo Jima cover photo that’s why Homer knows so much about the aliens and also how to combat them
@@neonpink5556 Marcs does exist in the fallout universe. She worked in the air force working with Dr. Isaac Hammond. I also believe its just a place holder image for now.
Hopefully if this expansion does include the Enclave, it will finally let us go into the other inaccessible Enclave area in the Whitesprings Bunker too.
The paintings in the bunker are all from the scoreboard 2 seasons ago. Also the flag with the star in the middle and 13 surrounding it is the flag of the Fallout USA
@@kierra4823Did you know in the Cranberry Bog, near a pond filled with Mirelurks and a queen, which also has a jetty, watershed and pre-war destroyed boat, you will know it because there are raiders that spawn there. Well that area has a house ruin, in which there is a hanging picture of a clown on the wall, a distinct unique painting that has been there since the game’s launch? Well that painting would go on to become a painting accessible to players as a reward in a recent previous season. Fascinating right! Does this make me not slow now, for pointing out an in game asset that would go on to become associated with a season?
@@kierra4823 Why thank you for explaining this to the other individual. That was one explanation. The other was because Rifle in the video didn't know what the pictures were.
If they do introduce the Enclave to this game, I hope that they recognize you as a General if you’ve completed that quest. Which most people have. It would also be awesome if this was the beginning of Factioning, like in Fallout 4. Choosing to side with the Enclave or the BoS would be pretty sweet!
It makes sense they would play a role, bc it's earlier on in the timeline - and the vault near the hotel (now the responders base) was an Enclave vault.
As seen by the bodies the bunker seems non operational with no personnel present but it may become present that in the main story of Skyline Valley the Enclave comes back to the base as soon as you (general of the enclave) make contact, and you destroy camp liberty together…

I really hope they add some more enclave it would be great to encounter them as we travel around the area and as want to thank you for your awesome video again really appreciate the time you took to make this video and keep up the great work
That could actually have some pretty major implications. I know fallout 76 is set in the past far in the Past, But based on the fact that the enclave could have control of a naval base off, the coast of Virginia could mean that the enclave could still have a naval Presence off the East Coast. So in this case, we have possibly 3 to 4 confirmed operational enclave locations throughout the US. Mount weather Is one of them, There’s some sort of enclave base out in Chicago, There’s the mystery enclave base from the show, And finally, there is the Norfolk naval base which possibly holds the enclave fleet. If the enclave Departed from the Norfolk naval base then we actually have something big. That means that the enclave command isn’t dead. That means that the bulk of their presence is outside of the US. That means that the story of the enclave isn’t over. That means that there’s still a chance we can join them in the future. And who knows, It could mean something special for another fallout game. But I don’t want the big bad of fallout to be the enclave. I want something fresh. Honestly, give me a true super mutant threat again. Give us another super mutant master. As for the enclave though, keep them out of sight for now. Or if you are going to re-introduce the enclave to fallout 76, Make them an actual faction that you can associate with like the brotherhood or the raiders or the settlers of foundation. Give us something unique.
That naval base would be a great location for the enclave at the same time how did it survive? It would get nuked to oblivion the Chinese would know about it you for sure..
What do I think of this secret new Enclave bunker? Don't trust Orlando. LOL. Or maybe trust Orlando? I don't know. I'm betting that Orlando is secretly Enclave. If so, what type of Enclave? With Modus? And if so, why the heck hasn't Modus informed us that they have a second human in our Enclave? OR is Orlando from the Californian Enclave? Or is Thomas Eckhart secretly alive and Orlando is with them? Also, the player is an Enclave General who is allowed to launch nukes because they are an Enclave General if they complete the original Fallout 76 quest and technically would be in line for the U.S Presidential position that spawned from Thomas Eckart's side since the player is an Enclave General and the only human in the West Virginia Enclave. If the player is declared the new U.S president by Modus (which would make sense and I would very much like access to that presidential office at the Enclave bunker at the WhiteSprings) lots of drama if the player encounters the Californian Enclave if they decide to show up (some of them might be very angry at the player, but some of them might like the player and would want them to be their Enclave leader / U.S president). Lots of crazy stuff can happen.

the room with the inaccessible consoles is the same room thats under Transmission station 1AT-U03 looks identical.
I'm so glad Fallout is back and actually getting more content, let's just hope they keep the ball rolling.
Always appreciate your info and insight, Rifle! I'm looking forward to the expansion.
We pronounce it "Norfok" where Im at in VA. Their cheerleaders used to chant, "We don't smoke, drink Norfok!"
Honestly some pretty cool stuff, the Norfolk Naval Base info may be for a new expedition or if you want to stretch it, it could be for Fallout 5 but who knows.
About time we got some more Enclave stuff, and Yes Norfolk is really close so it would be dope to go there.
Marcs IS the same person that helps you in Invaders, his full name is Homer Marcs?? IS he Enclave? Yes Does he hunt down aliens for the Enclave? Yes. ;x Btw This is a great vid! lol
Oh man, I can't believe how great F76 has gotten since is very humble beginnings. I'm lovin' it. Thanks for the vid!
I can't wait to find out more about what they have in store! Great video, Rifle! Just makes me more excited :D
Love your videos great work hoping for enclave presence in New expansions
Thanks, looking forward to exploring this location once released!
That's hecka cool! I'm surprised they added all of that past that door without waiting until they were ready. Looks like something interesting going to be happening in the future!
That computer entry on the Expedition Leader's terminal might be referring to the tower at the gas well in the Skyline area. Interesting environmental storytelling if you're able to get to the top...
What did we learn, kids? If you glitch into a new area that is cool as hell, don't give in to the temptation of asking the dev about it. They'll just remove the area so we won't get to see anything that might add along the way.
