Honoring Our Growth: Reflecting on 2023 and the Year Ahead

Baltimore Racial Justice Action knows that learning about and implementing anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles and practices are essential steps toward dismantling systems that harm all of us. This is why our training and events focus on working against racism and other forms of institutional oppression.
However, between all the learning and advocating, taking time to reflect and celebrate can get lost. Critical self-reflection allows us to evaluate what we have learned and what more we have to learn and look forward to.
