In the first episode, my guest is Dr. Sara Al Madani, star of Real Housewives of Dubai and total business badass. She has received over 140 awards in a wide variety of fields, including an honorary doctorate for her contribution to the business.
In this episode, we dive into Sara's backstory, her ahealing journey from adversity and abusive relationships and how she's been shattering stereotypes of Arab women. She also shares how she has built multiple hugely successful businesses and brands, and the lessons she's learned along the way.

Sara I don’t know if it’s true or not, but what you spoke about purpose of life, empathy personality etc, I feel like maybe it took you years to achieve this level of clarity and 100 of hours of therapy which you gave to us for free and in 10 minutes. I will take time to reflect and absorb. Thank you for sharing your light and wisdom. I appreciate the hard work you did to get here so that you could then teach us.

Very engaging discussion that comes from life experience, instead of listening from those who are collectors of books .. thank you.
In addition of what Sara shared about what to look for in a relationship, I would say adjust you perception of a happy relationship, meaning you will be disappointed if you are looking for a man to make you happy, happiness is not something anyone can give you or make you, but happiness is inside you, it is your job to make you happy, not anyone outside of you. Also don’t hold anyone responsible for your unhappiness because no one make you unhappy if you know who you are and own your happiness and misery because it is inside you and your sole responsibility.. no one outside of you CAN really make you happy if the vibration or the frequency of happiness is dead inside of you.
