God gave us free will to choose between good deeds and bad deeds. This is called free will granted by God.

This podcast is a breath of fresh air! It's so empowering to finally have an episode dedicated to all the women who were groomed and conditioned by society to fit a certain mould. This episode reminds us that we are strong and capable of reclaiming our own identities.

Thank you for this, very important topics discussed, thank you for your insights lovely ladies ❤
From my experience, when we tell someone what we think they should do to help themselves, they won’t do it. I don’t know the science behind this and why this occurs.
What I have learnt to do instead is to ask open questions and be compassionate towards them this does a number of things:
    1. They feel like they have been heard, they feel like someone has listened to me and they’ve heard what I’m going through.
    2. Instead of saying to them, you need to do this, this and this; ask open questions that allow them to really think about their situation. This would hopefully open a box inside their mind and help them realise, hey I can think for myself and I can probably try something else instead of what I have been doing.
I always thought it was best to tell others what they needed to do to improve their situation. Since I’ve tried this other method, I have noticed people who would never make a change would do something completely different because they were thinking of it themself (could be the same thing I mentioned to them to do), but because they though of it themself they did it and so much changed.
Much love to you all ❤

I really love Sara and this conversations was incredible.
I got raped a couple of days ago and I wanted to take off my life, but because I heard her talking about the process of healing so many times, I gave myself a chance to face that hard reality and learn the lesson it came to teach me. I truly believe that every single thing that happen to us is meant to make us grow. I am still hearted but I chose not to feel a victim of the universe, I decided that, once I get healed, I'll create an association aimed to help people that went or are going through sexual abuse here in my country.

43:46 so yes spiritual healing & energy healing is real i didn't believe it either & ppl don't believe me when i've said it but i don't really tell ppl about it they don't believe in it or get too weird about it its a deeper meaning connection with your mind body soul like spiritual freeing something you have to master without drugs or music there's no ringing in your ears its just like in tune with the whole meaning of your female body. i didn't do the research for it but i want to go to the shrines in Japan one day or monks in the mountains or other certain areas because i've learned this spiritual connection on my own or mastered it at one point without invasiviness on my own. i didn't know ide find this video podcast of another female exactly saying what i've been saying to some extents insightfulness.

Look I get what she means about having no choice but to be happy yet she hasn’t seen the horrors that people face. You couldn’t even imagine so please don’t sit there telling people that scientifically or spiritually you can just choose happiness because you’re in a different moment. The past and the future matter just as much as the now. Please don’t just tell people how easy it is to be happy because it’s not like that
Stay on your high horse though and keep raving about yourself.

This is a bizarre clip. Scientists are clear about it: we don't have free will. This is what I mean by that:
Let's say you raise one hand. When you raise the hand, the decision to raise the hand appears in the unconscious mind first. Then after many milliseconds the respective decision also appears to the conscious mind.
QED: We don't have free will.
