Always close your eyes while applying the mixture on hair. If one particle of reetha enters into your eyes, as happens with me, it will irritate your eyes and make it red for hours.

After using Reetha Powder for 2 months here is my take on it :
This powder really is helpful... it does clean your hair and there's no side effect as well.
One thing i would like to advise is that when you prepare the powder don't use those black seeds because they're very hard and when you mix them with the powder.. it becomes troublesome to clean the hair.
Instead, you can smash the black seed with hammer or something and retrieve that soft yellowish substance, then mix it with the rest of the powder. It'll be the best way to use it.
Edit : NOW I HAVE STOPPED USING REETHA POWDER, and have reverted back to biotin shampoo which is cruelty and parabin free.

@@nehasharma6034 I faced the same problem, so I reverted back to "Allcure's Biotin Shampoo", as it can clean oil effectively in one wash. So you can also revert back to a shampoo which is sulfate, paraben and cruelty free.
To be precise, I use both of them. The Day i oil my scalp, I use a shampoo and normally i use reetha powder.

Thanks for the suggesting the alternative for the shampoo. But the important item is water for washing hair & you must be aware of water quality these days in tier 1 cities like Bangalore. Most of the water here is via bore well and very hard, This has also resulted in gray hair problem for many and would affect the scalp as well.
Could you please make a video to address this issue? I'm not aware if there is already an video available. Also people suggest to use filter water instead of direct tap water. Want to know your views or any other alternatives you can think of.

Yess!! You had suggested reetha powder in some old video as well. After watching that, I started washing my hair with reetha powder only. It's been 10 months now, and I'm not going back to the commercial shampoos. My hair look better. Hair fall is reduced. And, most importantly it washes my hair as it should be. No oil, no dirt remains. So, thank you so so so much for suggesting this epic solution self-lessly!!
Just to be noted that many-a-times, my eyes got irritated while applying the reetha water or washing it, which then get miserable for a couple of hours. Then, I started making the reetha paste for application, which I wash that after some time (say 10 mins) with closed eyes.
In the video Vivek bhaiya said some quantity of reetha ... (For cleansing scalp) but what about our whole hair length ..?! (Remains oil in the hair length) (you are girl so I asked you (long hair problem..😅)
