My experience : Did: 1. Daily oil massage 2. Amla lep twice a week 3. Exercise ( shirsasan must) & stress free life 4. Healthy diet & fruit & morning with lemon honey lukewarm water After 5- 6 month my hair started to turn black again. While plucked white hairs, blood clearly see blood with hair, means much stronger hair. Unfortunately i could not continue this due to make my carrier. Now I have money but no free time. I would suggest this to do if you can. Obviously be patient, it will take time to see results. But definitely u can see.

After COVID, I saw that my hair was falling out a lot. So, I did some good things to fix it. I ate better, walked for 20 minutes every day, and did meditation for 10 minutes to feel less stressed. I used special hair oil named littleextra cocoonion twice a week and washed it off with its mild shampoo and conditioner. I also drank amla juice in the mornings. I decided to smoke and drink less, only doing it once a month with friends. Doing all these things helped reduce my hair fall. Thank you to everyone who supported me!

In one of the nail rubbing videos read a comment from a guy who said his 30% grey hair reversed completely at the age of 30+ with regular nail rubbing. It took him two years. Nothing is impossible.
@@baleshdevi4173 Initially it may but with regular practice it won’t pain. Apply moisture on your hands or oil on nails before nail rubbing. Start with 5 mins empty stomach, morning & evening, then increase to 15-30 mins gradually. Do it the right way and there won’t be any pain.

Well I am watching this video and your comment after one year but feel I can help if it's still required because I had been facing the problem of urticaria for a long time. I started taking homeopathic medicine Urtica Uranes Q.( 20 drops in 100 ml water, 3-4 times a day) And you won't believe I hadn't even finished 1 bottle and my problem got cured. My experience. I started this routine in November 2022 after a head shave. I practiced NoFap and meditations, shirshasan but in December I got a severe throat infection wasting my 3-4 days and after recovering from it I became indisciplined and not followed the routine meticulously. But I did followed being indisciplined. I stopped meditating , also I fapped many times still in april my hair quality increased drastically. I assure you people If you be consistent and disciplined for 3-4 months and follow this routine meticulously, It will definitely do miracles for you

@@baleshdevi4173 Initially it may but with regular practice it won’t pain. Apply moisture on your hands or oil on nails before nail rubbing. Start with 5 mins empty stomach, morning & evening, then increase to 15-30 mins gradually. Do it the right way and there won’t be any pain.

Well I am watching this video and your comment after one year but feel I can help if it's still required because I had been facing the problem of urticaria for a long time. I started taking homeopathic medicine Urtica Uranes Q.( 20 drops in 100 ml water, 3-4 times a day) And you won't believe I hadn't even finished 1 bottle and my problem got cured. Sometimes if it emerges again I take it twice or thrice and get relief. So always keep that bottle at home. Hope it can help you.

My experience.
I started this routine in November 2022 after a head shave. I practiced NoFap and meditations, shirshasan but in December I got a severe throat infection wasting my 3-4 days and after recovering from it I became indisciplined and not followed the routine meticulously. But I did followed being indisciplined. I stopped meditating , also I fapped many times still in april my hair quality increased drastically. I assure you people If you be consistent and disciplined for 3-4 months and follow this routine meticulously, It will definitely do miracles for you
