Looking to the sky, he raised a fist holding a broken necklace, and then brought it to his chest as he looked down. Standing in the mud and filth, he paid his tribute.

During my teenage years Hatsune Miku, vocaloids, utauloids, etc were very prevalent on the internet. Ievan Polkka was by no means my favourite, I enjoyed songs such as Love is war, World is mine, Rolling girl, etc much more... But hearing the high energy music of Ievan Polkka changed into... well... this... fills me with intense nostalgia, a melancholy even. I don't know how to better describe it.

It's actually Ievan Polkka, with a capital "i". Ieva is a Savonian Finnish variant of Eva (Ievan Polkka is written in a Savonian dialect of Finnish).

miku realizes she was alone the whole time..all her friends began to hate her for being the “favorite child” Luka and rin would pick on her and Len and kaito would always hang with everyone but miku….miku was forgotten she fell into despair, miku knew there had to be someone who still cared..someone that didn’t feel…hatred towards her…eventually after 4 years. Giving up all she had ever known she fell to her knees with her eyes fixed onto the ground with a sobbing cry, she had began crying with the memories of being around her friends and the ones that once loved her turning to a blank shadow, the girl everyone loved turning to a nobody everyone despises..as she looked up pleading for the suffering to stop, she looked over to see someone..no, something. She couldn’t makeout the face or person of who this figure was, female or male..all she knew was this was her final chance..she stood up shakily smiling..with a sigh this figure walked over grabbing her hands smiling gently with a kind grin afterwards pulling her close and saying….you don’t have to do this. As the figure disappeared miku lied there…miku then years later found herself lost….sad, she decided it was time…at that moment as she took her final breath..she murmured ..”I’m so happy I had my chance to satisfy you all with my voice” as she gently knocked the chair over, her not even struggling to live with this necklace choking her.

Very nice, only suggestion is try holding the notes instead when they double up so it takes out the jumpy feel of the tune and makes it drawn out and sad. Well done though
I see that it's not uncommon to write stories inspired by those songs, so there's one from me:
The flames of the war burned out, leaving place for silence. A woman in the military uniform stood in the middle of a destroyed base. She thought about the innocent children she was protecting during the war... They all remained alive and healthy because of her, they respected and loved her. But now her country lost, and those beloved children were taken away by the triumphants, while she was labeled a criminal, a monster only for being listed in the country's army. She knew that the triumphants will take good care of the children, but she also knew that she will never be able to meet them again. Moreover, she understood that the truth about this war will never be told, because she is the only one who knows it, and the triumphants won't listen to her. The wind rose and started to swirl around her, as she begun to sing the song in the honor of the fallen country, the taken children and everything she loved to the depths of her heart...
A day later, two soldiers were crossing the destroyed military base on their way home. The original story is about young man telling a story of a woman named Ieva who sneaks out to where everyone is dancing to a polka, and dances all night. (My twist) But that night was a tragedy, the city was restricted by the dictatorial government that seize power from the republic, people not allow to be on the street at night and not allow to have a public meeting. People playing and dancing to polka to show that they will not obey to the dictator. Armoured car runs into the middle of the city, without any weapon Ieva and people around her stop dancing and gaze at the line of fully armed forces. From the crowd, little girl, the daughter of the dead leader, walks to the line of soldiers, to the officer. Little girl hand violet flower, the sign of peace, healing, loyalty and devotion, to him. Girl smile to a middle-aged officer and he smile back, while people feel relieved, he orders his soldier "fire!". Young man starts to cry while he says "My sister, my only family, she never comes back after that night".
