Great walk around video. Informative. :) And of course a Great bike! I have the same one here in Namibia - southern Africa (very probably the last one in the country). Mine's pretty beat up to and and still needs quite a bit of attention. Your's looks great with the saddle bags/ boxes still on and the front cowl still original. They're either missing from mine or cut and very poorly repaired. Would love to restore mine to original but parts here are impossible to get or Very expensive. Thailand has a good market for spares if you can't get what you need for yours there. = there's actually a CBX750P Thailand facebook group. Aaand... If you still have the bike I'd check out and flush the oil system because they shouldn't overheat that easily. Drain the oil in the frame too not just the engine. And if that fails there are cheap fan options on amazon which you could always just wire into the patrol light switch. that's what I'm planning on doing if needed; and fit some spot/ fog lights. And lastly: Even though they were/ are heavy (about 254kg dry weight if I remember correctly) they are still quite nimble. There's a video on her showing the japanese police doing some manoeuvrers and it's pretty impressive what they did with those machines.

Other than that look for basic motorcycle riding lessons on here. they should give you a good deal of advice.
