This is now my favorite one! I have gotten down all the moves and am having so much fun. I am a dietitian and recommend your videos to all my clients. I hear consistently how they love how fun it is and how it does not feel like they are drudging through exercise. My husband is loving doing these videos with me as well and really enjoys it.

I really enjoyed this workout. The transition to the hamstring curl was most challenging, but I know I will get it next time. I loved the lasso combo the most. Probably all the years as a Zumba instructor coming through. Thanks for the great workout!

Well after a 5 week holiday and hardly any exercise, this one really challenged me! Absolutely loved it and will work on it to perfect it.. I started off with the 1kg and had to drop them pretty quickly. Thanks guys, you are such fun :-)

@@DanceAK123 have you tried our Kickstart Series that came out in January? A great one if you are looking for some fun workouts and you can group them together for longer sessions. Week 1 are all 10mins and then Week 2, 15mins and Week 3, 20mins. Each week they get a little quicker and a little more intense. A great series if you are looking for something to enjoy 😉
Love these choreographed routines! Makes the time go so quickly, and challenges my coordination (as a former dancer, I really enjoy this!). Great mix of moves. Good to see Scott back, hope he's feeling much better! Thanks to you both for continuing to keep us motivated and inspired.

I would have to say the Bellicon is the higher quality trampoline and you can customise the rebounder to suit your needs. You get to choose the strength of the bungees, the comfort of the mat, the types of legs (screw in or foldable) and the size of your rebounder. The link is in our info for the Bellicon if you want to look through their website. The price bracket is a lot higher than the Leaps so it depends really on what your budget is. The Leaps is a nice rebounder if you need to keep the cost under $200 and is a good quality for that price. If you need help you can always email us and we can talk further

It’s all about practice and that’s the whole point with this workout, is to challenge your brain and your body. We get many requests people asking for more complex choreography, so hopefully that has ticked the box today 😆

My background is 38 years of teaching group fitness classes, all choreographed to music, so working out with the phrasing and beat is my favorite way to exercise. I couldn't wait to try this version.
