The track limits are always the white line around the whole track.
Lap time in the video is a 1:53.7 (Ferrari 488 GTE Evo) using the default setup with low fuel.

Did you change the brake pressure? When im pressing the brake full i lock up the tyres like crazy

I only use the cars standard TC. I don't use any of the other assists
