This is unreal to watch. This is so awesome. You have me so motivated to try and do something like this down the road. Excellent work man.

Damn dude this is awesome! Looks perfect. I'm looking at maybe getting a bus to be my next car hauler and just found this. I'd need more flat bed length and would probably cut/angle/weld the rear of the frame to make it easier to get vehicles up there.
Anyway, in terms of your bathroom, in some tiny houses, I've seen where they pretty much put the toilet in the shower. Makes it a little bigger, but overall smaller than having them separate. It also cleans it. May be something for you to look into.

Hey bud, I was the person asking for the slower walk through on the last video. Man , you have come a long way. I purchased a 2003 flat nose International over the weekend. I'm excited to get my build going. Seeing that my race car will be going in the rear, I'm gonna try to reinforce the entire rear panel of the bus "rv" to use as a partial ramp that folds down. I'm also gonna do the same with the rear side panels so that they fold up to use a s awnings and make loading the race easier. Have fun on your road trip and keep posting updates. I have liked and subscribed

Thank you! I really need to do some updated videos on the crawlerhauler as well as actually doing some updates to the crawlerhauler. I’m definitely glad I have it around

Looks great and very adventurous! Do you have to have CDL to drive the bus? Also would love to see a video about how you further solve for storage issues. Be safe!

From what I can find at least in SC, since it’s hydraulic brake, registered under 26k lbs and no longer holds more than 15 passengers I shouldn’t need a CDL to drive it. Fortunately I haven’t been pulled over yet to find out if I am correct in my findings or incorrect.

In alot of states if you have kitchen and bathroom it can be registered as RV and alot of those states have no weight restrictions on recreational vehicles

I didn’t have time to deal with the RV title conversion stuff before the trip. I plan to get around to registering it as an RV soon, but I’ll still have to abide by the 27,500 gvwr

In terms of the rear door area of the bus. That whole section is essentially just drilled out (rivets), then moved up to desired spot and riveted in place? It's that simple?

Sorry I hadn’t seen this comment before now. If you look at most buses the panels all have the same rivet pattern so I picked which panel I wanted to move up to, drilled out the rivets on both sections and then riveted the back wall back on. I had to make a patch panel for the floor gap, but wasn’t hard

Will you move the generator inside while traveling in case it rains?

    • @thegreendumpster1414

There is space under the bed platform to fit the generator.
