Greg, you should do a time lapse of you putting the kayak together and taking it apart. I don't even fish off a kayak anymore but I'd be very interested in seeing the whole process. Cheers.
I always love your boat walkthrough videos. Over the course the years, from your slayer 13 to your current Titan 12 I’ve incorporated a ton of your ideas in to my build. Thanks for doing those regularly because as we know, rigging is half the fun of kayak fishing.
I recognized that 8020 material right away. I work with it every day at my job. Great stuff! Looks like the 1010 series profile. The company also sells it on Ebay, for anybody interested. Not cheap stuff, but nothing great, is.
Had to travel back in time to find this video. I just pulled the trigger on the Titan 10.5. Needing some rigging ideas. Love your videos and your set up. Thanks for the vid.
Can’t get enough of the tour of the yak. I’ve copied much of what you’ve got going on here. They are fantastic upgrades and keep things well organized on my Titan 10.5 as well. Thx for the info and inspiration.
I Dig the tackle trunk is there any chance you and Romel can do a step by step demo on the plastic dividers, and electrical/bus terminal install? A lot of your subs would love that.
Hey greg just stopping bye to say I love your videos, you're hands down my favorite TH-cam fisherman because you fish a lot of my local water ways and I've learned a lot from you. I'm actually purchasing a native 10.5 soon and the mods are enedless! Do you have a recommendation for a website I can browse options for it? Currently looking to outfit it with a fish finder. Thanks man!
Sweet setup, really like how you have everything organized and backup equipment. Haven't lost any parts on my seat yet, but definitely, smart to get some backup hardware. Safe travels and good luck at the NC.
You should fish small lakes in Northern California like black butte , Stony gorge , trinity lake, whiskey town , lake siskiyou , Ruth lake it would show people that theirs more out their then the big bass lakes that people tend to fish like clear lake , Shasta lake , Lake Oroville, Berryessa...
Can't wait to get a kayak this summer with your experience is it worth saving the money and getting a pedal drive or should I get a paddle boat and just start I get a really good deal so the price is not that bad for a pedal drive but I can be on the water sooner with a paddle boat I fish most smaller lakes but I would like to fish some larger lakes in my area (montana) that are known to have good bass fishing that is for montana given this is more a trout area I just have more fun fishing for bass but I do enjoy some fly fishing given I live on one of the best trout River in America and have you ever used a fly rod for bass do you think it would give you a advantage at times
Greg, could you give out some details on that lidded box immediately behind your seat? Did you custom build that? And how much of a raise did you make your seat in order to accommodate those drawers? Great layout, love the videos
Hi Greg , really enjoy all your videos and info. I purchased a Native Propel 10.5 because of your videos Thanks for that. My Name is Gary Kennedy , I live in Ontario Canada. I have seen in your videos and other Native craft enthusiasts that some of there Kayaks have a New Seat Base which seems to lift up the seat and have more room underneath the seat for more storage for gear. I haven't seen this as an accessories on the Native Craft Web site , any idea were I can buy on of these sear risers?? for my unit? I figured if any one knew were to track this item down you were the guy. You are the best in the business my friend Happy Canuck Kennedy
Hey Greg, sorry, but my question isn’t directly related to this video. I’m new to getting into the NorCal kayak bass fishing scene. Please tell me where you launch at the Delta and at Clear Lake. I have reservations at Clear Lake State Park in May and at Brannan State Recreation Area in June. I want to launch as close to quality fishing regardless of my reservations for my travel trailer. Thanks in advance for your help. Kindest regards, David
Awesome set up! Hey are you able to run the GoPro continuously with the external power? My go pro seems to stop charging when I hit record. Is there certain settings to make that work?
I have a sundolphin journey 12 this is my first kayak I’m used to a bass boat lol. I’m about 6’3 and like 230lbs so I don’t fit GREAT in the kayak I mean it’s okay but after a couple hours it gets annoying. Can you modify a sit in to a sit on top or are the mechanics different?
Hey Greg, what mount is that for the torqeedo? Switching from a Bonafide to a Slayer Max and looking to throw one on there but can't find anything similar to yours.
Greg, Tell us about how you manage your phone. Looks like you had it on a coiled charing cable, or a tether. How do you keep from losing it overboard. It does not seem to be in a camera dry bag, if it does go over do you carry a spare or is your tourney over?
I have also been wondering what you use for your phone. Also... if you thought Shasta was clear that weekend, you should come back up sometime during the summer.
Greg please help me out here. I have the raymarine element 9 i want to put on my titan but i cannot figure out the ram mount equipment. Can you tell me exactly which ram mount you got and how its attached to the tracks?
Greg, I recently got a pedal drive style kayak similar to what you have. I noticed it is pretty loud (pedal drive) almost a wurring sound. Is yours similar?
Does your titan stay dry by your feet for the most part or is there always a puddle down There? O want a titan but not if my feet are wet the whole time.
Would love more in depth info on the seat riser/frame, and how to build it.
That tackle trunk is sick Greg. The wizard has some skills for sure.

Dustin Littrell rigging is half the fun haha couldn’t agree more

Keep making videos! This is my new fav channel... super organic!
by far, the best set-up and layout of a Native 10.5 l have seen so far.
very thoughtful and organized.
kudos!
Thanks again Greg..snow is melting can’t wait to fish open water
Thank you for the tour of the yak. plenty of good ideas.. COUPLE things I might implement into my yak and way of filming lol
I just decked out my kayak because of your videos...I spent way to much money, thanks🙄
I am sure it was worth it tho😉

Thanks for the link about the gear. The net video on Yankee Tanker has 6K views. Very popular net.
I will leave you alone now...lol
Thats a great boat set-up. The wizard needs to open up a shop. Good luck at the National championship.
Bringing "organized" to a new level..
Looks like the Delta is pretty similar to Louisiana. I think you're going to do well there. Thanks for the Kayaka walk-around!
Quite a tricked-out rig. I love that it all fits on the 10.5 size hull. Thanks for posting!
I’m amazed how much room you have on the Titan 10.5. That tackle trunk and custom seat is really awesome. Good luck at the KBF NC this week!
perfect, found the link for net modification thanks!
Love the net. Followed your link and then found out that Promar now offers it in a 30-inch handle.
bout time! lol

Thank you for sharing everything. Will help me setting up my Titan 12 with some of your ideas.
10.5 titans!!!! Yeahh buddy!!!!

Just love the tackle trunk.. good luck at the NC!!!! Thanks for the shout out!
Try a little blue thread locker on those screws they'll stop backing out
Who is the wizard? How do I find out how to build that front hatch? Boat looks awesome.
Great video Greg! Good luck at the NC. I hope you win it all!
really nice modes on your cool boat sir.
Bro good luck at the KBF NC, I will be rooting for you!
Made me a net like that the other day. And I works great 👍🏻
nice titan 10.5 maybe some day finish rig up my titan that have a solar panel to battery charged and other thing working.
I literally just watched your kayak review vid on Head Waters’ channel last night 👍
Love the boat and the mods. Good luck this weekend
Lock tight won't keep your screws from backing out? If Lock tight doesn't work, try Bondic. Just a thought.
great demo/walk thru!
I’ve always loved that tackle trunk!
I’m even making a poor mans version for myself.
make a yt vid on it pleaSe!!!!
Correct me if I’m wrong that bridge in behind you as you started the video is the road to cc forbay

Sea lions in the Delta?learned something new.does that mean bullhead sharks as well?you've definately improved in fishing since this vid
Nice setup 👍

Love your setup bro! Awesome video! Where do you launch out from?
Is there any way you can explain how ur front hatch cover is made
I’m def getting the net
We love the video . Wife says you make great videos . Make her day for here . Give a shout out to lady liberty in a future video . THANKS
Do you have your rudder and trolling motor steering rigged to the same mechanism? As in you don't have to steer both independantly?
Greg, could you give out some details on that lidded box immediately behind your seat? Did you custom build that? And how much of a raise did you make your seat in order to accommodate those drawers?
Great layout, love the videos
It's a yakattack black box
@@jaylee6936 Thanks for the reply - I'll check it out.

Very nice rig Greg 👍🏾 Which is the #1 upgrade you can’t do without?
Hey Greg. Can you tell me what the base "box" is for your "tackle trunk" ???
does he use the same battery for the fish finder as for the motor? its not in the description. please and thanks for info
Your setup is amazing! I am curious as to what the total weight is? 175/200lbs? Really curious and not judging, though I am more of a minimilast
Greg... this thing is freighted! Haha awesome set up. #nothingstock
Awesome set up! Hey are you able to run the GoPro continuously with the external power? My go pro seems to stop charging when I hit record. Is there certain settings to make that work?
Greg, how tall is your seat riser? Love the idea and would love to raise mine a bit as well to get a better angle on the pedals.
Hi Grey, could you help send the link to the exact ram swing arm mount you have plz? Thanks
I prefer the minimalist approach. Love your setup as you do tournaments so you prob utilize it, but its way too much stuff and complex for me.
Your craft must weigh in close to 300 with all the add ons and what you carry?
Hey Greg, what mount is that for the torqeedo? Switching from a Bonafide to a Slayer Max and looking to throw one on there but can't find anything similar to yours.
How long does you torqeedo battery last you and what speed are you traveling at typically
What fish sticks are you using 🤔
You launched from lazy m Marina in this video?
Where the heck is the Delta? It's close enough I can make a weekend trip.
Is it part of the Napa River?
Hey Greg are you still using the same lumbar support on your seat? Did it make a difference with comfort and support?
Greg,
Tell us about how you manage your phone. Looks like you had it on a coiled charing cable, or a tether. How do you keep from losing it overboard. It does not seem to be in a camera dry bag, if it does go over do you carry a spare or is your tourney over?

Did you figure this out? I have an element 7HV on it's way and I am trying to figure out how to track mount it on my slayer.
Greg, I recently got a pedal drive style kayak similar to what you have. I noticed it is pretty loud (pedal drive) almost a wurring sound. Is yours similar?
Pretty impressive. What is it, about 10 grand all together?
Greg, Just curious why did you down size to the 10.5?
Which trunk do you use for your tackle trunk? They have multiple options on their website.
Have you tried a solar panel for charging on the go?
Your yak lookin like a snack
Any more info on that front lid? I’d like to make one for my RS117.
Where did the locks and hinges come from for your front hatch
Does your titan stay dry by your feet for the most part or is there always a puddle down There? O want a titan but not if my feet are wet the whole time.
Is there any particular reason you have some lefty reels and then your frog reel is a righty?
If you don't mind me asking how much do you have invested into your yak
Question, why some right and some left handed bait casters? Some videos you only use left. Some both?
How did you secure the rod holders to the tackle trunk?
Whap Promar Net are you using for the front Hatch?
what rain gear are you wearing? also what boots are those?
Gregg, have you had any issues with the pedal drive or anything else on the Titan? Anything you would do different?
nope, just changed out the rudder cables to the berley pros
Can we get a Doug Score?
What do you do with your used Plastic? I just started pour my own baits, I'm always looking for old used plastic,
toss them in the river
Check into a action hat it’s a great investment.
Is your seat raised or did he just add compartments?
super kayak :)
Why go from the 13.5 to the 10.5?
Why did you switch from the Bixpy to the Torqeedo?
That set up is heavy he needed more power lol
The Torqeedo is a little faster from the videos I’ve seen, but not enough to justify the double the price tag in my book. But you’re probably right.
@@jermanley1981 hes also fishing for money but I'm with you on price then things are outrageous
Lock tight for your seat screws man.
Do u still need to register that kayak?
