What is the maintenance interval for these items? 100 hour of run time? More? Also, How tight did you take the spark plug? Do I need a torque wrench for a particular torque? Finally, does that fuel filter just "snap" back" into place???? If so, that is brilliant!
I'm sure there is a "so many hours" rule, but I do it once a year. It's probably too frequent based on my usage, but it's relatively easy to do and not that expensive. I don't use a torque wrench, just snug it down with the wrench included with he blower. Yes, the filter just snaps on.
The spark arrestor is such an overlooked item! It can cause the machine to bog and not stay at full WOT. Many people then think it's a carburetor issue.

Good point. I usually just burn the carbon off with a small blow torch.
I'm just about polish and mill the head. I may add nitrous and twin-turbos as well. :-)

No, just using the screwdriver to pry off the rubber cover.
nice job ..
Thanks!

Is this just a Philips screw driver?
No. it's a Torx. The tool usually comes with the blower, but if you don't have one I think it's a T27.
