It's an logical result of one nation running away with the win. You can either let him win or work together.
Personally I find the amount of whining high in civ5 multi high. C'mon there can only be one winner and it's more or less a war game. So do whatever you need to do to win. If that's teaming the runaway player then certainly do so.

At 23:40 or so why didn't you bombard with your artillery first? Seeing that your artillery has smaller range than your bombers and since artillery has indirect fire the hills didn't interfere with your targeting. Seems like a waste to have the artillery there unused and the bombers doing their work instead, which means they aren't hitting the battleships. Speaking of which, why are you sweeping at the minimal range to get hit? Why not sweep towards your fighter's max range? You end up in situations like you just had that a triplane encountered no resistance than the next 1 who intercepted 1 tile ahead did hit an enemy triplane.

Im getting pretty sick and fucking tired of the "Teaming" mentality in FFA Games. It just makes a war look desensitized and full of work instead of being a fun experience.
