SpinLauncher on Minmus

On Earth, SpinLaunch spins a rocket up in vacuum as a first stage, and may turn out to be very useful in the small-sat market.
On Minmus, rockets are just spun up and chucked. Capable of imparting several hundred M/S of Delta-V, at least 320 m/s in testing. It may turn out to be useful for the masochistic and deranged. It was very useful for me!
