    I've learned a ton from Dave....the explanation that forgiveness is not taught is huge...as I remember becoming a Christian at 39 and the most precious thing I experienced foremost was forgiveness....it catapulted me into learning to shed so many emotional weights...which then allowed me to stay curious and pursue health( mental & physical) Dave has provided so much education. Red lights, ozone, on and on....Hats off!! TY!! Carpe Diem!!

      I've been vegan for 20 years and vegetarian 10 years before that. I'm doing fine.. Maybe it's not for everyone. I don't prescribe diets, I just do what works for me.

    Great! interactive discussion, well guided by a host that should NOT be dismissed.
    My wish is to acknowledge her command and grace in carrying the delightful feminine energy.
    To Dave who has the unique ability to be so present, so articulate with a kindness in his confidence minus the arrogance of one so accomplished!
    Thanx to both of you for brilliant content.

    Being vegan (done right) *IS* the real biohack. I'm almost 3 years older than Dave and I think look quite a bit younger than he does.
    Also, notice how his hair is all dry and grey? Mine used to be like that on caffeine.

    • @videolab257
      @videolab257 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      His hair has always been like that, the age thing though might be related to all the noortropics he takes

      "done right" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. What's been successful for you?

    • @capri2673
      @capri2673 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@RichLee_laughingblade I should have mentioned that it's being raw vegan that gives the extra edge. Lots of greens has made my hair go dark again (as I long as I avoid processed food). Running everything through Cronometer is very helpful and also basically eating as many different fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds as possible. It works for me and avoid the dehydrated look Dave has. It's all the silly coffee he drinks.

      @@videolab257 I don't think the "father of biohacking" should look 10 years older than his age.

    Most of the original biohackers (im talking way back to the great Elijah Muhammad) had indeed a plantbased/vegan approach. You just havent seen them in the narcissist western biohacker space. Even Dave Sinclair is basically the repackacked work of Elijah Muhammad. I dont know what protocol Dave is on at the moment, but he is aging terribly. He also has signs of early onset Parkinsons.
