Its 24 Sept 2024......I am sitting here in Australia watching the news unfold regards the war in your country ,which seems to be escalating and now involving Lebanon..What a terrible time you are having...I hope you and your love ones stay safe..I can't even imagine what it must be like .Here in Australia its a beautiful day.Sun is shining ,a little wind. But lovely...Its around 1pm and quiet as many people have gone on holiday with their children (,school holidays.).. I have Jewish ancestry but I’ve never had the opportunity to visit Israel. When you were talking about escapism I totally understood. My channel is like that for me although I don’t live in danger at the moment. There are other things….like missing my children and grandchildren dearly. Anyway- I wanted to send you a virtual hug. I have a question about the pattern. All my clusters add up through row 8. Row 9, it seems like if you are repeating row 4, and it's not an increase row and I get 62 clusters and not 64. Am I missing something ?
Hi there, you will repeat row 4 (3 times) and at the end of the 3rd row you will have 64 clusters + beg and end clusters. Hope this helps. Happy granny stripes making

Hi Moran. I sent you a message through ravelry yesterday so you might want to check that out. I downloaded your pattern and started it last night. Now I see there's a correction to row 6? They look the same to me. Can you share how row 6 is now corrected? Perhaps my initial download was the corrected one? Anyway, I love this design. It's perfect for my minis and I'm already on row 5 I think. I'm going to try to stick with jewel tones but we'll see if I have enough. I really like the border also. Great job. I downloaded the updated version but i saw no change on row 6. Im already on the row 4 repeats to get it finished. I was off in my cluster count on row 6 so i just added another increase and now my count is right. I can hardly wait to finish it. @crochetobjetknitting

Do you know approximately how many grams one row is?
The total weight of the shawl is approximately 250 grams you will need just a few grams for the first rows 4-5 grams and a little more as the rows grow longer. Happy Granny Stripe Shawl making.
