My question as a new hire is how could an employer legally withdraw an accepted offer because of a failed drug test when you disclose a disability and offer proof of the medication? And can they wait until it is too late to dispute before telling you the test failed? This is in a state with no drug testing laws whatsoever.
I make sure to let HR know before my test and I bring my prescriptions with me so the doctors at the testing center can see the rx # and prescribing doctor
