I watched and made this last night. OMG!! It came out sooooo well, and I’m just a beginner. I don’t even know whats garam masala and dhania powder. Hey..Just tried this recipe with some of my own touches... Like -adding some sugar and ketchup before eggs -using a besan and corn flour slurry after gravy is completely cooked -and some butter at the end.... Annd must tell you ...it came out heavenly delicious Thanks for the recipe!🤡

I tried this recipe and it came out soo good. We at home like less spicy so I only put half tbsp of chilli powder and used kasuri methi instead of Fennel powder as I dint have it.also added soaked turmeric water as we like it little tangy. It came out sooo soo yummmm 😋😋🤤

Don't watch more recipe just try this one 😀
1. Boil 8 eggs (7 mins), poke holes in them using toothpick
2. Heat oil for shallow frying, add some turmeric. Shallow fry eggs until outer layer is crispy
3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Add 1 tsp cumin, 3-4 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon bark, 1 whole red chilli, 2-3 green cardamom.
4. Add 2-3 med. onions chopped. Cook until pink.
5. Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Cook until golden brown.
6. Add tomato puree of 3-4 med. tomatoes, 1-2 green chills. Cook until oil separates.
7. Add 1/4 tsp, turmeric, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp fennel powder. Cook 2-3 mins.
8. Add salt to taste. Add 50 ml (or more if needed) to make a gravy. Cook 5-6 mins.
9. Add fried eggs, cook 3-4 mins.
10. Add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tbsp chopped coriander. Serve.
